Asked the pharmacist in she could given me an over the counter medicine that she would recommend for my symptoms. She started by saying, first of all you need to wear a mask. I said I tested negative for covid. She said those tests aren't always accurate. I said I just need something for my symptoms so I can pay and go home, since most the usual medication on the shelves were empty. I asked if she could just hand something to me that she thought would be helpful. She gave me something that was the opposite of what I needed. Thanks for being so non empathetic, unhelpful and now I need to go back to a different store to hopefully get someone that does there job. Thank you for nothing. You are in the wrong profession. You could at least act like you care, since it doesn't come naturally.

The 89178 Blue Diamond store pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever experienced. I had a personal phone call from the pharmacist herself about a delay in my one prescription, and I was called two more times updating the progress. Walgreens and CVS desperately need to take a page from Savin in our Albertsons grocery stores.

I had never thought to bring my prescriptions here until my Dr. recommended them and I’m so glad I did!! They are so professional and a lot less crowded. They have your prescriptions done on time and you will receive a text when they are ready. No more long waits and lines at the bigger pharmacies..a really personal experience and can grab your groceries and rx in one trip!

Staff is friendly and it is the most convenient location for me but there are several issues you have to deal with. I don't like that they have 3 different open times and close times. I've come to pick-up my prescription to find that they don't open for another hour. Also, they ran out of my prescription and told me to check back in a couple days to see if it came in. I checked back and they told me it came in but would take an hour to fill. I came the next day and they informed me that it actually had not come in yet but was expected tomorrow. I got two text messages that it was in in and filled only to show up and find out it was an IT glitch and they did not have my medication. I asked them to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy on a Monday and found out Thursday that they still hadn't. I agree with the other reviews in that they seem to be severely understaffed and can't keep up.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They know me by name and there is hardly ever a line. I get a text when my prescriptions are ready for pickup and never had an issue with the prescriptions or insurance. Keep up the good work!!

So my I wanted to share the great service and hospitality from Amber at Albertsons pharmacy, I had to find a away times make sure I give a her a shot out! Because she helped my daughter get her second Covid shot. We arrived to thinking we had an appointment that day and there were more then a hand full of people waiting in line to get their Covid shots as well. Amber was so nice and caring that even though we couldn’t find our appointment she was able to make sure my daughter received her second shot and made it very comfortable and convenient that we didn’t have to come back another day. It’s staff and people like Amber that makes the day better for customers like us and I want to thank you Amber from my daughter and I. If anyone has the pleasure meeting Amber I can assure you she will be the best person that you’ll run into at Albertsons pharmacy. Thank you!

After my wife accidentally left her keys on the counter when paying for her prescriptions, the pharmacy closed. 15 minutes later she noticed and the store manager said he couldn’t do anything but would call the pharmacist. The pharmacist refused to unlock the gate to allow my wife to get her keys. If that is the type of customer courtesy they provide I advise anyone to find a better pharmacy. What ever happened to human decency?

Angela the pharmacist manager went out of her way to help me get my prescriptions for my mom. She went out of her way to help me out despite working alone and juggling with other patients and phone calls. She’s amazing! A+ for the pharmacy. I’m switching my whole family over here from Walgreens

Absolutely love this pharmacy! The staff are amazing and care about their patients! Hana is so sweet and great at her job! I recommend this pharmacy to anybody who needs to have prescriptions filled!

Great Pharmacy! Excellent service. They know their customers and go out of their way for regulars. Hana, one of the pharmacists, especially is wonderful at helping you deal with all the new restrictions on medications.
