6 Best pharmacy in Las Vegas, Nevada (NV) 2025

I think this pharmacy crew is one of the kindest, most thoughtful group of people ever. No matter what, they answer the phone. They are always available for any questions. If something can't be filled through them, they will contact the Dr. They care about my mom and constantly ask after her. The pharmacist is a kind and attentive soul, who comes to the window just to check we're doing okay. Only once in all the years we've dealt with this pharmacy, have they not had the medicine on hand. That's a really good record as far as we're concerned. ~Natashaet

This pharmacy is ridiculous. It’s one rep in particular but I don’t know her name. She is so rude and lazy. Each time I’ve had to deal with her, she tells me some excuse to not give me my prescription or any details for the reason and only ever says to call my dr. But when I call back or deal with a different rep, they are always so helpful and nice and the outcome is always so much better and my prescription gets filled. I will get the lazy reps name when and if I ever get them to take me off hold to find out if my prescription is ready since I was told I would be advised by a phone call. It’s been over a week and I never received a phone call. I’ve been on hold for 30 min now. I understand it’s busy but at least check in with the people you place on hold every few minutes. What sort of customer service is this? ~Cristina

Asked the pharmacist in she could given me an over the counter medicine that she would recommend for my symptoms. She started by saying, first of all you need to wear a mask. I said I tested negative for covid. She said those tests aren't always accurate. I said I just need something for my symptoms so I can pay and go home, since most the usual medication on the shelves were empty. I asked if she could just hand something to me that she thought would be helpful. She gave me something that was the opposite of what I needed. Thanks for being so non empathetic, unhelpful and now I need to go back to a different store to hopefully get someone that does there job. Thank you for nothing. You are in the wrong profession. You could at least act like you care, since it doesn't come naturally. ~linette

The farmacy staff is really great! I've switched to them from CVS, because my local CVS was terrible. The farmacist went far and beyond her duties to pull the prescription from the uncooperative CVS rep. I got my son the needed prescription thank to them. Great people. Thank you! ~Andrei

Why doesn’t the pharmacist wear a mask? She wiped her face with bare hands touched my rx bottle and had no mask on. ~Rachael

Every time my doctors order medication from this pharmacy I have to hound them for days to actually receive the product. Most of the time I end up running out of time waiting for delivery and end up driving to the Vegas location, but my latest medication was not available locally. It was ordered at the beginning of the month, the day before I needed it I called and they said I would receive it between 1 and 8 p.m. the next day - it never came. I called today (the day after it was supposed to be delivered) and now they say I will receive it tomorrow - two days after I was supposed to begin taking it. Due to the nature of the medication it is something I absolutely needed to start yesterday. Now I am waiting to hear from my doctor on what we will have to do because they failed to deliver. This is just one of many issues I've had with them - most of the time I get bounced around between locations, who never seem to understand where something is supposed to be coming from or when. They also have sent injectable medications without sending any needles. They have said something would be ready at the location but when I arrive it isn't - nothing like waiting around a pharmacy with a bunch of people in the middle of a pandemic when you are in a high-risk class. Ultimately, I do not recommend giving them your business, and if you have no other option to, be sure to set reminders to call them three days before, two days before, the day before, and the morning of the day you need your medication, otherwise you won't get it. ~Trish
