The worst branch I have ever dealt with in all the years I have been with Wells Fargo! I have gone in 3 separate occasions with conflicting information on how to update my name to my new legal last name. 2 of the 3 times I have gone in they said I was able to simply change my name online, which is absolutely incorrect. On the third and most recently visit, I brought in the proper documents, but said I would have to speak to a banker as she could not help assist me as a teller. There was no available banker available during that time so the teller took my name and number and assured me that a banker will call me same day or the following morning. Well....I am still waiting for that call. Good thing I called WF 1-800 number to set an appointment at another branch. Don't waste your time coming to the branch located on S Decatur and Southern Highlands. Please retrain your tellers so they are knowledgeable in all aspects of the business. ~Stacie
