Applied and approved for a loan approximately three weeks ago. Cashiers check was issued but I never received it. Wells Fargo put a hold on that cashiers check. They referred me to Wells Fargo in Southern Highlands Las Vegas, so that they could issue me a new cashiers check. Michael Busuamlak, is supposed to take the necessary steps in issuing me a new check. He has not reached out to me to let me know status. My first monthly pymt is soon due on loan for money I do not have in my possession.

The worst branch I have ever dealt with in all the years I have been with Wells Fargo! I have gone in 3 separate occasions with conflicting information on how to update my name to my new legal last name. 2 of the 3 times I have gone in they said I was able to simply change my name online, which is absolutely incorrect. On the third and most recently visit, I brought in the proper documents, but said I would have to speak to a banker as she could not help assist me as a teller. There was no available banker available during that time so the teller took my name and number and assured me that a banker will call me same day or the following morning. Well....I am still waiting for that call. Good thing I called WF 1-800 number to set an appointment at another branch. Don't waste your time coming to the branch located on S Decatur and Southern Highlands. Please retrain your tellers so they are knowledgeable in all aspects of the business.

Went to the branch today to deposit a check from another bank to a Wells Fargo customer. WOW!!!! I felt like I committed a crime. Several checks and needing my I.D and waiting for the manager to call and verify the check, being asked why i'm sending the money, who i'm sending to...etc.... I was like are they going to call the police next to tell them i'm depositing a check to one of their customers??? Long story short, the Manager eventually came back to tell me she couldn't verify my identity, and was very cold not willing to answer my questions. Simply telling me "go do an online transfer". While waiting I overheard a similar transaction done by an older white gentleman. Only question asked was the last 4 of his social. Dear Wells Fargo, I am young successful Blackman, and I earn my living as a Director of Supply Chain. I earned my way there as well as my earnings. I will be returning to close my account. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

If I could give them a zero or a negative number, I would. I’m a visitor from out of state and on 3/3, I had two separate negative interactions with the staff (not teller). Their customer service is very poor, claiming they can’t provide wire transfer service because they are short staffed. Their staffing issue is not my concern as a customer. I expect to receive service no matter how easy or difficult the transaction. I cannot believe the poor quality and attitude of the staff at this location. Do not bank with them.

I mixed up the times for my appointment and Patricia was sweet enough to squeeze me in between her next appointment. In just 5 minutes she assisted me and was able to fix my issue. I can’t be more thankful for Patricia! She really saved me.

Worst bank branch ever. They never answer the phone you cannot enter the bank to make deposit. I have to sit at the ATM and make 5 transactions to deposit all the bills. That's take my card back and re enter everything 5 times to get all the cash deposited. The only thing I am doing when they open is going in and closing my accounts. Wells Fargo sucks!

Never been here, but I did design most of the plumbing on the original drawings for this place in 2003. The challenge at the time was low static water pressure at the street. Hope they like it.

Teller tried to short my deposit by $6000. That’s right $6000. For some reason they can’t count even though they use a machine to do so. Wish I would have stayed at US Bank.

Hire more people. In the lobby you wait 20 minutes. In the drive through you wait 10. Advice everyone, go to Nevada State Bank. They are extremely quick and way more polite.
