FIX YOUR ATMs !!! Nice staff and conveniently located however the ATM is always broken, always! I've tried using the ATM probably 6 or 7 times in the last 6 months and it won't allow me to deposit my cash. Yesterday it returned my money by spitting it back out and some bills falling on the ground. Feeling ready pull my money out and go elsewhere. ~Kena

The worst branch I have ever dealt with in all the years I have been with Wells Fargo! I have gone in 3 separate occasions with conflicting information on how to update my name to my new legal last name. 2 of the 3 times I have gone in they said I was able to simply change my name online, which is absolutely incorrect. On the third and most recently visit, I brought in the proper documents, but said I would have to speak to a banker as she could not help assist me as a teller. There was no available banker available during that time so the teller took my name and number and assured me that a banker will call me same day or the following morning. Well....I am still waiting for that call. Good thing I called WF 1-800 number to set an appointment at another branch. Don't waste your time coming to the branch located on S Decatur and Southern Highlands. Please retrain your tellers so they are knowledgeable in all aspects of the business. ~Stacie

Unfortunately this locations branch manager, Jacquelyn Trevena had zero customer service. I honestly don’t know how she was ever promoted. Long story short she wasted a whole day of mine. First I got to the branch with my mother (10am)and she said I needed to make an appointment to see the banker, then I made the appointment, (2pm) and granted I was a few minutes late , 2:10 she said my appointment had been canceled because she had a 3pm appointment. The bank was completely dead and I know with all my being that what I was asking them to do wouldn’t take more than 30 min at MAX! Just horrible customer service at this branch. Wasted the day of me and my mother, whom was at the appointment on time and whom they said they couldn’t start doing anything with until I showed up. Again, horrible customer service. ~Jonathan

This Chase Branch Location is excellent. I want to take this time to specifically Thank and Give Very Positive Feedback to Chase Private Client Banker Timo (Timothy) Casino (pronounced ca-see-nyo). Timo is incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable and Professional. I have had the pleasure of interacting with and being helped by Timo three times and I will request him specifically in the future. I will be 54 years old in July and I have successfully worked with the public most of my life, so this makes me an excellent judge of character and of customer service excellence. I have a large amount of money in Wells Fargo. I called them in the middle of what I realized was part of a Zelle scam and they cancelled it. When I saw the 2nd amount of the scam, I phoned right away and the bankers don't listen to the word Zelle. It was transferred to two other departments and because of it, I lost the money. I went to my branch Manager, who finally got with the correct department, who copied and pasted everything and routed it to the correct department. I have talked to numerous departments and nobody wants to read and do the necesary footwork....the excuse time after time....Zelle, sorry! Yet the first banker was able to cancel the first part of the Zelle payment. Untrained people who do not listen, do not care and instead of the bank stepping up and taking responsibility, again, they say sorry, Zelle. Yet I received a letter saying they were reaching out to the scammer's bank and to Zelle, but have closed the case. Lazy, untrained and uncaring. I will take my business elsewhere. Even the branch manger told me that Wells Fargo should refund my $250 for all of their mistakes. I have been with the bank many years before it became Wells Fargo and they will never see my money again. And please, do not respond, unless you are willing to read and study this whole case. I closed my account here for one reason. Fraudulent charges. You would think with all the cyber fraud the would have a better system. No the Manager named Shauna well lost then hung up in my face. After 8 years of banking with them I’m done. Mind you I’m a disabled Veteran just no respect. ~Brandon

I met Liza, she is really nice and helped me with updating my account and even though it took time she has been worked with me with patience. Really a big thumbs up.awesome customer service I received from her. ~kiran

My card had been ate at their ATM twice within months of each other. The first time I was able to insert my card and cash into the atm I hit complete and it said error never returned my cash nor my card. When I went inside they told me there was nothing they could do and if the atm at the end of the month wasn’t balanced I would get my money back. (I have yet to see that money) The second time happen today I went to pull out money I inserted my card again I got an error message and my card was never returned. I called the actually location to get a voicemail saying the do not answer phone calls at this location. I called customer service, she transferred me there to get the same message. I’m beyond frustrated that now I have to get ANOTHER replacement card and nothing was resolved, nor does any one seem to care. Do not use The drive through atms. ~coral
