My card had been ate at their ATM twice within months of each other. The first time I was able to insert my card and cash into the atm I hit complete and it said error never returned my cash nor my card. When I went inside they told me there was nothing they could do and if the atm at the end of the month wasn’t balanced I would get my money back. (I have yet to see that money) The second time happen today I went to pull out money I inserted my card again I got an error message and my card was never returned. I called the actually location to get a voicemail saying the do not answer phone calls at this location. I called customer service, she transferred me there to get the same message. I’m beyond frustrated that now I have to get ANOTHER replacement card and nothing was resolved, nor does any one seem to care. Do not use The drive through atms.

never ready to work , poor service, another Wells Fargo branch (along with the one in spring mountain/Arville) that takes advantage of covid situation to always cancel appointments for services pretending they re short staff because of covid ..covid is long over . get to work and stop scanning and filtering services ...poor management .

I'll tell you what, location to location you are going to get a hit or miss. I've had the pleasure of working with Richard. The struggle is real if you are trying to pay the bank and they make it difficult as possible to get you to pay. My extreme circumstances didn't help either. Though waiting over 2 months to get things resolved just made me go in a location. This gentleman helped me throughout the process in one day. So thank you finally get this of my chest. Good person here not saying all of the staff here are good but Richard is the one.

Good location and love the drivethru. One suggestion which is a safety issue: The machine is slow at counting deposits. Could get robbed twice waiting for it to count!

This Wells Fargo never has a employee to help in walk-in non-cashier operations and even if you have an appointment plan on waiting, shame because they usually have extra work area with no one working; corporate should look into this poorly ran establishment. People should save time and travel to a different Wells Fargo, seriously so many other bad reviews of this store so avoid this location.

Cashed out a decent amount of money on 7/2 at this location. The teller removed multiple $100 bills & said they were “old” and messing up the machine when counting. She asked me if i minded keeping the old ones i said no problem turns out those “old” bills are fake. Will be giving them visit once they open in the morning to figure this out, i now can’t pay my tuition. I attached one of the bills below that i tried using to buy school supplies. Had to talk the clerk out of notifying the police because i was completely unaware.

This branch is utterly useless. They refused to help me in the drive-thru and gave me a phone number to call for an appointment. Called the number and was told to go online. After attempting to make an appointment and calling to confirm multiple times, I was told my appointment would be cancelled and then was promptly hung up on. I did take the advice of one of their employee’s - Look for another branch nearby. You should take that advice too. It only took 1 call to find another branch that was willing to schedule me an appointment to meet my needs, which I am extremely grateful for. From a healthcare worker in the midst of this pandemic - This Wells Fargo on Rainbow/Warm Springs will leave you broke without a second thought. Do not wait in line here, do not waste your time.

We have a business account with WF, this is the first time I have dealt with this location, will never do it again. They wont take 2 party check even if 2 party are present at the branch due to risk involved, that was just crazy. Almost all our check made as 2 party checks, we are business. Never in 10 years had this problem.
