This Chase Branch Location is excellent. I want to take this time to specifically Thank and Give Very Positive Feedback to Chase Private Client Banker Timo (Timothy) Casino (pronounced ca-see-nyo). Timo is incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable and Professional. I have had the pleasure of interacting with and being helped by Timo three times and I will request him specifically in the future. I will be 54 years old in July and I have successfully worked with the public most of my life, so this makes me an excellent judge of character and of customer service excellence. Pretty sure I was racially profiled today! My fiancé and I went in here to open a business account. They guy working said he couldn’t help us at the moment but would schedule us an appointment to come back another day, ok fine! My fiancé went to the podium to schedule the appointment with him and I sat in the lobby waiting. As he was finishing, my fiancé called me over. As I was walking over to him which is a few feet away the “security guard-woman” stopped me in my path and asked me if I had an appointment, with her hand on her gun and posturing me up, not seeming very friendly. Pretty aggressive actually. I was shocked as I stood there holding a Bubly drink in one hand and my Louis Vuitton on my shoulder. My fiancé was shocked as well, as he asked her was there a problem. Once she realized I was with him “a white man” she tried to clean it up “ oh I was just asking if she was helped. Rude rude rude, NO YOU WEREN’T ! You don’t approach a customer aggressively with your hand on your gun, especially as a “security guard” if you’re just trying to help. Maybe a smile or a friendly mannerism if that’s what your true intentions are/or just stay in your lane and leave the customer service to Chase representatives!!

I know it might not be chase’s fault but i DO NOT recommend anyone go to their ATM outside after hours many homeless people begging for money.. it is a little out of control and they don't stop bothering you when you say sorry cant help you!

the service at this branch is trouble, I need to have some documents notarize, I was told that I need appt, so left my info and for the last 2 days no one has called me back. its a shame that us customers are told that their willing to help us but they wouldn't even call us back! I am rating their service performance at 2/10.

Worst branch I’ve ever stepped foot. I’ve never had a banker turn me away for “being fully booked” the manager would not even have the common courtesy to come tell me but has the teller approach me with the news. Bad customer service! I will not be returning ever. Granted I just recently joined and this left a sour taste in my mouth. With the example of leadership I wouldn’t give this branch another chance. Sorry to say I’m disappointed Chase

Just one teller one window of this chase bank, the worse waiting time. 12 people waiting in line. To deposit some money take 30mins..... worse service ever!!!!! Better to close the chase account

Newest bank down here on Rancho and is the SLOWEST bank I've ever been in. It has only ONE teller window and it is always SLOW. Both times Ive gone to this branch it's empty but has available teller machines ONE cashier and with two people in line it still took me over 15 mins. BOTH TIMES To be helped. This time I had to leave as my 15 min break was wasted standing in line the entire time with only one person ahead of me. Won't waste my time in here again.
