Recently went here for a scheduled booster shot. Online I specifically said I wanted the Moderna booster shot. When I checked in at the counter I again said I wanted the Moderna shot. When the lady behind the shield wall asked if I wanted the Moderna shot. I said yes. They gave me the Pfizer shot. I didn't notice till I got home and I looked at my card. I've never been to a pharmacy that would switch out what you asked for at there own disgression.

I think this pharmacy crew is one of the kindest, most thoughtful group of people ever. No matter what, they answer the phone. They are always available for any questions. If something can't be filled through them, they will contact the Dr. They care about my mom and constantly ask after her. The pharmacist is a kind and attentive soul, who comes to the window just to check we're doing okay. Only once in all the years we've dealt with this pharmacy, have they not had the medicine on hand. That's a really good record as far as we're concerned.

I was prescribed medication from my Dr. This pharmacy dispensed the incorrect medication. They gave me an anti-psychotic medication for people with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. I took it for two days. They're lucky I'm alive. I was incapacitated for two days, the room was spinning, having hot flashes, extreme hunger. Did some research and realized it wasn't right and called them and the pharmacist admitted to the mistake. Shame on you walmart!

Consistent problems with medications and with using the discount coupons. I consistently get different stories about the status of meds depending on who I talk to. Gone without meds several times because of these issues. Some staff know how to run the coupons and some do not. I got one staff on the phone a couple of months ago who was very rude, and I asked to speak to a manager. She put me on hold and the hung up.

Very casual. Been my fam's primary pharmacy for years. Pharmacists will help you find cheaper options OTC if available. Drive thru option. Closes for lunch between 1pm to 2pm.

I called for my prescription refill Jan 28th. Pharmacy called me the next day to inform me they did not have medicine in Stock therefore they would have to place an order the next business day. I called on Feb 7th to find out where my medication was. They said they ordered it on the Feb 4th! Now I'm being told it is on back order. They are incompetent, unfriendly and slow. I asked them if they could contact my doctors off ice to see if I could be given a different medication. This pharmacy told me it was my responsibility to call other pharmacies to see if they had it in stock. Now why would I do that if the medicine is on back order according to the manufacturer. These employees do not appreciate nor seem to like their job. They are messing with people physical health when not doing their jobs. I sincerely hope they don't cost someone their life.

Incompetent staff. Yelled at me over the phone and spoke over me when I simply asked when my medicine would be available. Mike the pharmacy manager is completely rude. Use a different Walmart pharmacy.
