They deliver to our door. By their own private driver at no additional cost. They have the nicest and friendliest employees of any pharmacy in Las Vegas, they jump through hoops to get things approved for me and are very successful at it. They know thier stuff! And the Pharmasist's are top notch.

Every time my doctors order medication from this pharmacy I have to hound them for days to actually receive the product. Most of the time I end up running out of time waiting for delivery and end up driving to the Vegas location, but my latest medication was not available locally. It was ordered at the beginning of the month, the day before I needed it I called and they said I would receive it between 1 and 8 p.m. the next day - it never came. I called today (the day after it was supposed to be delivered) and now they say I will receive it tomorrow - two days after I was supposed to begin taking it. Due to the nature of the medication it is something I absolutely needed to start yesterday. Now I am waiting to hear from my doctor on what we will have to do because they failed to deliver. This is just one of many issues I've had with them - most of the time I get bounced around between locations, who never seem to understand where something is supposed to be coming from or when. They also have sent injectable medications without sending any needles. They have said something would be ready at the location but when I arrive it isn't - nothing like waiting around a pharmacy with a bunch of people in the middle of a pandemic when you are in a high-risk class. Ultimately, I do not recommend giving them your business, and if you have no other option to, be sure to set reminders to call them three days before, two days before, the day before, and the morning of the day you need your medication, otherwise you won't get it.

Put my prescription in on the 19th of june. Was unable to pick it up until the 26th because of work schedule. Went to Pick it up on a 26th was told they do not have it in stock. I said fine , can you call it in to Walgreens . The young lady said no problem . I even gave her the phone number to the Walgreens Location. I'm glad I called ahead because Walgreens never got the call from Avella. I will no longer give this company any business nor , will my wife who is on tons a medications. I also found young lady who didn't helped me to be snooty and snobby. I had a feeling when I left that she was not going to call it in to Walgreens. The only thing they specialize in is been judgmental and denying you your medications.

Called and asked if they carried a specialized med no pharmacy in Las Vegas carries. The woman who answered shared they carried it and it was in stock. Went in to give the script and was informed in person they don’t carry the med. THIS PLACE LIES AND IS UNETHICAL. will be reporting to pharmacy board. Go someplace else.

This pharmacy specializes in "service". The wrong card was charged one month after we specifically told the girl on the phone which card to charge. She even verified it with us and charged the wrong card anyway. (Would have had bounced checks had it not been for money in savings). We always have Rxs delivered yet one month I'm waiting for 2 days and nothing. I called and was informed my husband said he would pick them up??? The final straw is I now have 4 days left of my specialty medication and when I called my Dr. for a refill I was informed that Avella no longer fills these at all?!??Seems to me that an email or even a note snail mail from the pharmacy to let patients know ahead of time would be nice. This way we are not racing around trying to find another pharmacy before their medication runs out!!! Service is more than a smiling face at the counter..it's taking care of a customer from beginning to end! I'm glad to say I won't be using this pharmacy again!

This has got to be the most amazing pharmacy that I've ever been to for my medications . By far hands down most professional always curious and helpful to name a few . So many names I could mention that best describes this Pharmacy and it's one of a kind Amazing staff! As long as I have the opportunity and the need for the services of a pharmacy I will only use Avella Specialty Pharmacy.. Their is a level of greatness that all businesses strive to poses. The leader in the pharmacy family is 1001% Avella Specialty Pharmacy. All others should use this pharmacy as the guide to greatness in the how to of running & operating a successful first class of pharmacy. Their is no other one like it. I've been to pretty much every pharmacy that you could think of as have most everyone else . Wallgreens,Wal-Mart,CVS and so on. And none can compare. The price would NOT ever cause me to seek my pharmacy needs other then Avella.. you will never go wrong here trust me . And if you don't trust me just try it for yourself . I would put 0 stars but whatever.. I went there for a script. They only gave me enough for 3 days, and paid for the whole 9 pills during visit. I was supposed to come back to get the rest of the script 3 days later but I called them to let them know I didn't need the script anymore. They are charging me $400 for it and are claiming that the 9 pills they gave me is what the charge is for. They can kiss, lick, suck, and eat my @$$ ]-[0[_£ with the juiciest, wettest, and chunkiest hershey squirts running hershey squirts running up, down, and all over their face!!! 👁👁 👁👁 💋💩👅

These guys are the best. The staff here really cares and does a great job of making sure you are informed and understand your concerns. The chain pharmacies cant even come close to the level of service you receive here. The front of house people all the way to the pharmacist herself are top notch!

The customer service we received from them today was outstanding. The medications my husband normally gets would have taken 24 hours to receive them but in his time of need the pushed to get all of his meds within 30 mins. This pharmacy is one of the best and we will continue to go here only from now on. Thank you Avella for caring for your customers!!!!

They don't accept just anyone, afaik. They're discerning regarding who they accept and that's a good thing. They work closely with my doctor and that's a priceless advantage. They know my medical history, they know my treatment plan and always friendly and helpful. Jamie (sp?) along with the other staff, has gone out of her way to help me when insurance lapsed, she actually made calls to expedite the process. Didn't have to. That shows they value their clients. Best pharmacy in this city. If they'll accept you as a client jump on the opportunity.
