This pharmacy is ridiculous. It’s one rep in particular but I don’t know her name. She is so rude and lazy. Each time I’ve had to deal with her, she tells me some excuse to not give me my prescription or any details for the reason and only ever says to call my dr. But when I call back or deal with a different rep, they are always so helpful and nice and the outcome is always so much better and my prescription gets filled. I will get the lazy reps name when and if I ever get them to take me off hold to find out if my prescription is ready since I was told I would be advised by a phone call. It’s been over a week and I never received a phone call. I’ve been on hold for 30 min now. I understand it’s busy but at least check in with the people you place on hold every few minutes. What sort of customer service is this?

The worst I have ever seen...never have my prescription in stock... been filling it here for 3 + years...and every month something goes wrong...never have options... even once they could only give my name brand not generic...$280 instead of $8...and not a prescription you can go with out ...they just don't care...

The pharmacy manager, Denise, needs a lesson in customer service. She has a bad attitude, is condescending, and her attitude is a direct reflection of her staff's incredibly poor customer service skills. This pharmacy does not go the extra mile and refused to follow up with the renewal of my DM medication and ignored that their fax was not working for three days. Normally, I would just let this go, but the attitude of the manager was so poor it needed to be said.

I’ve consistently had bad service here - having to call every time for them to even start filling my prescriptions, ridiculous wait times, etc., but I continued to go for the convenient location. After the latest completely unprofessional experience, I won’t be back & I suggest you save your time and go elsewhere! My doctor called in a prescription for my 4 month old yesterday. I called the pharmacy to see when it would be ready (see above!) and was advised 7 pm. At 8 pm, I arrived and I was rudely told it would be ready by 2 pm the next day after much eye rolling at having to look up my daughters’ name several times when I had the gall to insist they actually did have a prescription for her on file, since I’d talked to someone earlier. I called at 2 pm today only to be told it wasn’t ready, they didn’t know when they’d have it, and the clerk (the same one from the night before) had the audacity to ask if I actually needed it urgently. Incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional - you’re not my child’s doctor. If someone is calling repeatedly, they obviously need the medication. This should be a given. She finally said she’d call me back. Four hours and no call later, I called them and was put on hold for a half hour. They finally were able to tell me I could go to the Walmart at rainbow and Cheyenne to get the prescription... Don’t waste your time and energy. This has been a nightmare experience. It’s worth it to drive anywhere else - at least you’ll get to choose your location instead of them choosing it for you when they finally admit they can’t fill your prescription.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years. I almost thought I was going to have to switch because of medication coverage but it all worked out and I get to stay. All the staff are awesome and professional. In particular Jeanie she deserves a lot of credit as she always personable and always happy to help. She has my Vote for employee of the year.

Always awesome customer service. Especially Jeanie (not sure if I spelled her name right sorry!). We have been coming to this pharmacy for years. As a former pharmacy technician they know their stuff. It can get busy but everyone there always has a smiling face and does what they can to help.

We have lived in Vegas for 2 1/2 years and have made this our pharmacy. We have always appreciated the great service we have received here! Jeanie impressed us immediately with her friendly, warm approach to customers. She knew our names, and greeted us personally, even before we knew her name! Hanson has such a winning personality that he convinced me to get the flu and pneumonia shots even though I was resistant initially. 😀 BUT...today this staff, particularly the pharmacist, Minh, (& Jeanie, I believe) went OUT OF HER/THEIR WAY to help me out out with a very difficult pharmaceutical problem!! I really couldn’t be more grateful!! They graciously assisted me with what seemed to be an insurmountable situation! Thank You Cheyenne Walmart Pharmacy staff!!

I requested a refill at 9 am and when i arrived to the pick up window at 12:45 they informed me they were out of stock and they weren't sure when it was going to be ready "remind you this is a must take daily med" 5 employees working at the time and nobody could of called me to advise? Finally at 1:35 my partial 9 pills were refill and now i can't even have lunch to take it with. Bad bad costumer service.

Best pharmacy I have ever used, Hanson is an incredible pharmacist that does all he can to help resolve any issues and is excellent at keeping you safe and informed. VERY much improved over the previous pharmacist that didn't care about you or his staff! Hanson has done an excellent job of turning everything around, and you can tell his staff is much happier now! His staff is incredible as well, he has an excellent team, I do not want to say names of each assistant of his staff in fear of leaving someone out, but that should tell you how highly I view the entire staff!
