I have a large amount of money in Wells Fargo. I called them in the middle of what I realized was part of a Zelle scam and they cancelled it. When I saw the 2nd amount of the scam, I phoned right away and the bankers don't listen to the word Zelle. It was transferred to two other departments and because of it, I lost the money. I went to my branch Manager, who finally got with the correct department, who copied and pasted everything and routed it to the correct department. I have talked to numerous departments and nobody wants to read and do the necesary footwork....the excuse time after time....Zelle, sorry! Yet the first banker was able to cancel the first part of the Zelle payment. Untrained people who do not listen, do not care and instead of the bank stepping up and taking responsibility, again, they say sorry, Zelle. Yet I received a letter saying they were reaching out to the scammer's bank and to Zelle, but have closed the case. Lazy, untrained and uncaring. I will take my business elsewhere. Even the branch manger told me that Wells Fargo should refund my $250 for all of their mistakes. I have been with the bank many years before it became Wells Fargo and they will never see my money again. And please, do not respond, unless you are willing to read and study this whole case. Wells Fargo has made much progress as far as I'm concerned, at least at the local level. This bank, like many other financial institutions, has had more than it's share of issues in the past, however, for a large brick and mortar financial institution, they seem to be at least average to one of the better, in regard to personal banking services. The business banking section, on the other hand, still has some work to do. If you are looking for great rates and easy approvals on business loans or fair pricing in merchant accounts and credit card processing, I'd suggest you proceed cautiously...

I used to go to the Wells Fargo on Sahara but it closed down, so this one is 2nd closest. I work at a casino so I have a lot of cash tips i bring in to deposit. My usual girl was always so sweet and interested in my job and we talked a lot when I would come in. Since I started coming to the Charleston Wells Fargo the supervisor usually helps me and the first time I came in and she saw my bundle of cash to count she literally said “I secretly hate you right now..” in a quiet tone. And the 2nd time I came in when I came up to the window she just sighed so loud and kinda rolled her eyes. Which I thought was strange because the guest she had before me was the rudest man who was arguing with her so I was like there’s no way she can be irritated with me this time since that previous guest was so terrible. Lol like I get it if it’s annoying I’m sorry but I thought this was a bank… just so unprofessional and rude and shes the supervisor?? Doesn’t have to make me feel like I’m bothering her, i try to be super nice. I’m sure it’ll make her happy to know I just change my money else where now.

I had a very bad experience with WellsFargo Bank located on Charleston and Mohawk. The Bank had 3 Tellers to assist customers. I thought Bank of America Tellers were bad but this time WellsFargo Tellers are just turning like them. The Tellers will Ignore customers, engage in long conversations with customer that came to their window to avoid helping others. There were Long lines of people waiting patiently for assistance and nobody cared, and that included the Tellers Supervisor on duty. It was brought to her attention and she did nothing fix the problem. For those like me that work and go to the Bank on their lunch break and waste 1.30 minutes in line for assistance IS NOT COOL. I hope you change things.

First time in this brach and wells Fargo team are always on the top of the customer service since you get there the welcome you asking what do you need and how they can help you. The line was fast and the teller miss Santiago was so nice an polite. Good job wells Fargo team.

The worst service I have ever received. I brought a digital check in and branch manager was rude and dismissive. There is a website through deluxe electronic checks where you can prove that the check is a good check and she wouldn’t even verify to see if the check was valid. she is not the person for this position she needs to train her staff that electronics checks are a thing and that they are valid checks THAT CAN BE VERIFIED. she does not need to be treating her patrons like criminals when they have valid business accounts with them! shame on you I will never come to this location again! Patrons beware

They absolutely love having a 30 to 40 people line waiting to be helped by having only one window open. You'll also notice there'll be at least 3 to 4 employees standing around in the lobby not doing anything at all. I'm never coming back l.

It was okay there werent a lot of people. But the people on nellis are way more friendly. They actually force me to sign up for credit card. I wasn't prepared for lol but i guess it doesnt matter much sense i needed to build my credit anyway.
