The worst branch I have ever dealt with in all the years I have been with Wells Fargo! I have gone in 3 separate occasions with conflicting information on how to update my name to my new legal last name. 2 of the 3 times I have gone in they said I was able to simply change my name online, which is absolutely incorrect. On the third and most recently visit, I brought in the proper documents, but said I would have to speak to a banker as she could not help assist me as a teller. There was no available banker available during that time so the teller took my name and number and assured me that a banker will call me same day or the following morning. Well....I am still waiting for that call. Good thing I called WF 1-800 number to set an appointment at another branch. Don't waste your time coming to the branch located on S Decatur and Southern Highlands. Please retrain your tellers so they are knowledgeable in all aspects of the business. ~Stacie

Wells Fargo ATM

The address listed for this ATM is wrong, or at least misleading. It's a stand-alone walk-up ATM--not a drive-up ATM--right next to the diner on the SW corner of the intersection of Russell & Pecos. It's directly across the street (Russell) from the ARCO AM/PM. It's well-lit and next to the intersection of two major roads, but you do have to get out of the car. ~Patrick

This Chase Branch Location is excellent. I want to take this time to specifically Thank and Give Very Positive Feedback to Chase Private Client Banker Timo (Timothy) Casino (pronounced ca-see-nyo). Timo is incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable and Professional. I have had the pleasure of interacting with and being helped by Timo three times and I will request him specifically in the future. I will be 54 years old in July and I have successfully worked with the public most of my life, so this makes me an excellent judge of character and of customer service excellence. Wells Fargo Bank

I have a large amount of money in Wells Fargo. I called them in the middle of what I realized was part of a Zelle scam and they cancelled it. When I saw the 2nd amount of the scam, I phoned right away and the bankers don't listen to the word Zelle. It was transferred to two other departments and because of it, I lost the money. I went to my branch Manager, who finally got with the correct department, who copied and pasted everything and routed it to the correct department. I have talked to numerous departments and nobody wants to read and do the necesary footwork....the excuse time after time....Zelle, sorry! Yet the first banker was able to cancel the first part of the Zelle payment. Untrained people who do not listen, do not care and instead of the bank stepping up and taking responsibility, again, they say sorry, Zelle. Yet I received a letter saying they were reaching out to the scammer's bank and to Zelle, but have closed the case. Lazy, untrained and uncaring. I will take my business elsewhere. Even the branch manger told me that Wells Fargo should refund my $250 for all of their mistakes. I have been with the bank many years before it became Wells Fargo and they will never see my money again. And please, do not respond, unless you are willing to read and study this whole case. Circle K

Earnest is beyond slow and has no sense of urgency! I visit this location daily as it’s by my house and every time I get in his line transactions take over 5 minutes as if he’s going slow on purpose. He never greets anyone and he customer service skills could use some touching up! Anytime I see him in the store I walk out and go to chevron. Please fix this issue! Because I see other customers complaining and doing the same thing ~Official
