Terrible Herbst Convenience Store

I pulled in for an oil change and was waiting for directions. There was a young employee who looked at me and turned around. Apparently he didn’t want to be bothered. No-one there appeared to want to help. There was a group of employees being talked to. I asked if they were open? Whom I think must’ve been the supervisor turned around and said yes. It seemed I was bothering them so I said, thank you and left. I was the only car. Perhaps they aren’t morning workers. ~Nobody

Chevron Las Vegas

The 3 elderly gentlemen at this terrible herbst were all standing around doing nothing but chit chatting to each other for over 30-45 mins. I had pulled up and paid for gas at the pumps. I go inside to use the public restroom because it’s part of a policy they must not deny the public use of the restroom especially paying customers!! They were very rude, laughed at me when I asked to use the bathroom and one of the guys literally told me I needed to pay a 10$ deposit to use the bathroom. I’m not sure what kind of customer service this is but it isn’t good. It was completely horrible if I could’ve gave it a zero star rating I would have. ~Professor

7-Eleven

Since I was waiting for my car being serviced at AAMCO, I got a little hungry and walked to this 7-Eleven. It's pretty much like all 7-Eleven locations when it comes to variety and service. Sometimes it is hit and miss. This place was pretty clean and the employees were friendly. The pizza came out good as well. If I'm ever in this area, I definitely will stop by again. ~K.D.F.

Circle K

Earnest is beyond slow and has no sense of urgency! I visit this location daily as it’s by my house and every time I get in his line transactions take over 5 minutes as if he’s going slow on purpose. He never greets anyone and he customer service skills could use some touching up! Anytime I see him in the store I walk out and go to chevron. Please fix this issue! Because I see other customers complaining and doing the same thing ~Official

Fabulous Freddy's Car Wash

Same quality as if you paid the neighborhood teenager to clean your car, except $200 more expensive and still done by teens. This is not remotely up to par to be considered a detailing service. Only half the windshield was cleaned and vacuuming was a once over at best- still visible pet hair. Specific cleaning focus requests ignored, just a microfiber rag and wax thrown on it. Save your money and go anywhere else. ~Ashley
