Came in to pick up my prescriptions and to get a flu shot. Customer service is hit and miss but I always find what I need here. The location is pretty clean and the renovations came out nice. This is the closest CVS location from my house so I will definitely be back.

The pharmacists here are EXTREMELY helpful. Been coming for years but recently had to switch pharmacies due to my insurance. New pharmacy said he doesn't accept transfers so I had to call my doctor's office to call them in. They only called in 2 of them to the new place but after calling my doc every day this week they still haven't filled 2 of them and I've been out. I have a doc appt Thursday but I need my meds now. I came back here and explained what was going on to the pharmacist and because I still have these meds on file with CVS she was able to give me 2 weeks worth of both. She was also able to use a prescription discount card to save me $$. I am so grateful for the pharmacist who helped me. They truly care about your health at this location.

Dont waste your time here. No matter how many times we pressed the customer service button. No one came to help us. So we got tired of waiting. We just went up to pay for the other items we had and heard the female cashiers say cant be bothered to help because they are about to clock out soon.

Do not visit this location!! The service here is ridiculous. The "minute clinic" is more of an endless wait. I made an appointment, showed up early and ended up waiting over an hour and a half to be seen. I still wasn't able to be seen. There was only 1 person in front of me and the provider moves so freaking slow. Do not waste your time here!!

Came as a tourist from Chicago & was being followed around. The employees were even tiptoeing around the aisles to make sure and whispering to each other. & when confronted they said they were "monitoring someone else..." do better.

This generation is so lost. The cashiers can't do menial tasks without attitudes. The white tomboy looking cashier with short, black hair needs to be fired. This place is horrible all around.

The customer service in this CVS store is zero. Yesterday I called about meningitis vaccine, and then I told them, I have anthem Medicaid insurance, then the employee of the clinic minute of CVS said we approve your insurance. Then I was making appointment at their website for meningitis vaccination at 12:30, today when I went here, the person who should vaccinate me at 12:30 said: now the time for my lunch. But it was my time appointment. The. After 1 hour, when he came back and then when he saw my insurance card, he said we can not approve your insurance while yesterday he said we approve. This CVS store, specific it's clinic is terrible and it's just wants to use your time and they don't care about your time and your patience.

I have worked in customer service my whole life. The service a customer is provided with is the difference between having life long loyal customers, or ones that will shop wherever us convenient. I went in today to make a purchase of beauty products.The superstar employee that helped me was Tay. Tay went above and beyond to recommend and explain products to me. She was friendly informative and excelled at her job. She is an exemplary employee and CVS should do what ever it takes to keep her. Well done Tay. I WILL BE BACK. No matter what part of town I live at this will be my new CVS.

The entire Pharmacy team is beyond amazing each and every one of them are very knowledgeable. They take their time and listen and provide exactly what you need. The store team is always very helpful I really love the entire atmosphere at this CVS. I have been going there for the past year and always have nothing but good things to say.

Pharmacy is very unprofessional. Prepare to be put on hold for about an hour and then get "greeted" by a rude employee whom will get your name, d.o.b. and dump you back on hold. Ridiculous. I've had to call on multiple occasions and every time it's the same scenario! So much time has been wasted on being put on hold. Managers: Please evaluate the service your employees are giving! Def. Giving a bad name to the company. I'll for sure be switching to a different location!
