I finished shopping and went to cash register to pay for my items. There was one cashier with a long line waiting. I went to one of two self-checkout stations to purchase my items. once finished...my card processing was put on hold and I was given a message that one of my items had an age restriction and 'assistance is on the way.' After about 5 minutes of waiting another customer used the other self-checkout station. Her purchase was put on hold too. Another CVS employee came out to help the lone CVS cashier who also had a hold put on his register. No one came to assist the locked up self-checkout stations. A third CVS employee showed up about 5 minutes later. The other station was cleared after a few minutes. I was instructed to re-do my checkout and eventually the male cashier cleared my age restriction. I was free to go after about 15 minutes of waiting with a flashing light on my station. Three CVS employees, but only one active cashier, three locked up machines, Lots of unhappy customers.... It did not go unnoticed that the on-duty manager did nothing to speed things up or get customers on their way. This CVS always seems to have cashier and self-checkout issues. I'm not going back. Apparently, there is no store manager at this location.

Although the customer service is good in person, forget about trying to get a hold of pharmacy over the phone. Pharmacy staff never answers their phone, they just keep you holding listening to music forever. I guess pharmacy staff expects one to show up in person just to answer a question. Well customers have lives too and shouldn't be left on hold for hours.

I have been going to this CVS pharmacy for several years and must say in the pharmacy "Nick" is the reason I continue shopping here. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. Seniors can be difficult customers and as a senior myself his customer service skills are incredible.....G Collins

I got racially profiled and discriminated against this morning and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I’ve used self checkout to make my purchases, and I can assure I wasn’t the only one using the SCO this morning. I wasn’t going to put 12 mega roll toilet papers into a plastic bag. The cashier”Rosa” started running after me and yelled “You can’t steal that! You can’t take that!” And I politely told her “I paid for my items” and she kept yelling “You can’t steal that!” I even showed her the receipt and stated I paid, and she’s like “Where!? You can’t steal that.” And afterwards I told her to look into the receipt, and she stated afterwards “Well I didn’t see you pay, so, okay sorry, make sure you pay next time.” And walked away. So unprofessional and so ignorant. Please make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Customer service is non existent for their online services and your online account. Just sends you inn circles. No body in customer service after 6 pm. Ridiculous. So if you need access to your records and medicine, too bad.

As always, CVS had all the daily essentials. I go in here all the time for misc items as well (mice traps, snacks, meds, gifts). They also have a pretty relaxed vibe inside, so you don’t feel uncomfortable about who’s in the store with you. Good spot to grab something small if you’re nearby! 👍👍👍

I’d give it Zero Stars if I could ... Awful customer service! I felt uncomfortable by the treatment received from the cashier/associate. Not only she had a bad attitude, but when I told her that the “red box” did not print my extrabucks and asked my to communicate to an assistant, she only said “I need to see it later” in a rude manner, I asked her “is it going to bring me a problem, like showing it as printed later?” And she rudely replied back “no”.... so I pay for my purchase and left... on my way home, I opened the app to confirm and of course it showed “extrabuck printed”, I called the store immediately and the same lady said “well, there’s nothing that I can do, you need to call the 800 number!” That’s a lie, this is her mistake, I told her since the beginning and she only needed to look at the machine to confirm and then look at my account, but she was being total unprofessional! She could have checked it and reprinted my extrabucks, but she just preferred to not deal with that! I’ll be calling 800 again tomorrow, since the office is closed already, BUT I will also complain about her attitude!
