At least half of the vehicles are pulled up (so their drive thru time looks great) ... I ordered 4 burgers identical. 2 were right, 2 were just meat and bread. I went inside and said "you don't even have to remake them, just add cheese and ketchup" (most places would appreciate that). The woman on the prep line starts arguing with me "I made what you ordered. I know how to read the screen. Etc etc etc." The manager finally tells her just to make the order. He hands me the bag, I ask for her name ... And this is a first in all of my life, he says "I'm not allowed to give that information". Huh???

This particular Wendy's has very friendly staff and I've never had a wrong order yet. Parking: Parking can be tight during busy times.

My burger and fries were cold . The pattie tasted uncooked. The only good thing was the lemonade.

Their customer service seems to be lacking at times along with the food orders completely messed up the past few times that I have picked up food there for the family.

Always "pull up and we'll bring you your food" burgers are always made really messy and most of the time it's cold. A cold hamburger from a popular restaurant like Wendy's is just sad. The drinks always taste off and hardly carbonated. This Wendy's used to be really really good when they first opened. Now I hate the food there.

If there was a “ No star “ rating, I would have put that. I understand it was busy but the 2 girls working the drive through do not need to be working for the public, no one told me the total, they didn’t say hi, took my money gave me my bag and change, didn’t even say thank you. This new generation sucks big time !

Worst Wendy's on earth They can never get an order right, or put sauce with nugget orders or put straws for your drinks. How is it possible to repeat our order twice and yet you still manage to put the wrong order in our bag? I do not recommend this Wendy's at all ever, but if you want a wonderful meal from Wendy's where they do not screw up your order, go to the Alexandria Wendy's by North mall drive we highly recommend that one!
