Tonight when I went to purchase some items the young black female clerk was real short with me Her conversation with the older black gentleman was more important than the transaction with me She needs more discipline and courtesy training This is your job not a family reunion Wow I just called to speak to a manager knowing there isn't a manager onsite and the same black female clerk pretended to be a manager and said her name was Jesse I know all the managers that work there and Jesse isn't one Please Racetrac Corp get this person relieved of her incompetent actions

I usually prefer a Race Trac over other convenience stores. But today, on my way to work, I passed up everything in Baton Rouge to come here. Doors are locked because they are receiving a bread delivery?? Really?! You could at least put a sign on the door. Not to mention, have more folks working. You know when deliveries come in.

Went there Saturday night around 1:30am to get beer. The lady working the food section told the cashier checking me out not to sale me that. The cashier and I both looked confused. She kept yelling across the store “we can’t sale that too you”..I was embarrassed so I didn’t ask why and the cashier was confused too. I went down the street and bought my beer…

I’ve been here a couple of times after midnight and even though someone is present working, nobody bothers to service. If it’s not 24 hrs then just state it like every other place that closes, but if it is then adhere to the hours

Says open 24 hrs. Never should be closed then especially in the morning when people are going to work. Understandable that the hours may have changed due to Covid, but at least be considerate of the 30+ people that pull up every morning, get out of their vehicle to go pull on a locked door. Hang a sign or something, and stop getting a damn attitude when someone simply asks what time do you open I’m the mornings…….

Only 1 door was unlocked which forces people to be less socially distant. Both restrooms were closed at 8am :(. As I was walking to the restroom the lady behind the counter said if you going to the restroom, you can’t. I said why? She said can’t you read the sign. Woman I don’t care if he’s cleaning, I’m bout to poop my pants.

The employees are so personable and friendly, hardworking and just awesome!!! Great teamwork, and they have gone out their way more than once to serve me. When people come thru like a hurricane, they handle it, then they hustle like they didn't just get slammed and get it spic and span and stocked in no time with spirits of excellence! I'm go glad for such a team, and they have kept this up since day one. Many months later, they still rock!
