Horrible customer service. Walked in on Sunday at 2pm, 2 representatives worked at the time. As I walked in, one representative said just a moment I will be with you. Well I waited for 40 minutes, my patients ran out I asked how many more moments longer would it take… 0 care for costumers

The activation of prepaid att does not exist, if someone buys it online, the SIM card will never be able to activate it without a problem, I went to the Hallandale store, thanks to Rolando he solved it, att must solve the way to activate the prepaid sim card and do it easier, att is looking like liars, thanks Rolando, with your performance you are helping att a lot.
