I lost my phone in an Uber or exiting one and had to get a replacement. Jordan one of the sales reps was very helpful and got me all setup and on my way in no time. Great speedy experience, was able to lower my monthly bill and he even followed up 2 weeks later to see how I was 10/10 stars.

Do not come to this store (not really Verizon) it’s not even a Verizon corporate store! Please read all the reviews for this store! Scammers. liars and crooks walk in to the store got my company approved for my business, got my phones and surprise, surprise!!!!!!!! during the setup the agent start installing screen protection and asked us to chose covers for the devices and hand me wall charges for the phones (14 pro maxes ) When asked if I will be charged for the accessories was told that NO because its part of the promotion ( my wife has a video recording as proof) , Before leaving I asked for a receipt and I was told that VERIZON will e-mail me one (they send me away with out any paper work) later one I have called Verizon and I was told that there is no such think !!!!!!!!! I will file a complain with BBB and Verizon. I was Charged hundreds of dollars for accessories I never wanted in the first place

I kept getting a message that I had no SIM card. I took my iphone to this Verizon store at 8:30pm on the same day the new iPhone was released. Marly helped me. He fixed my phone quickly and with no indication that he was tired or annoyed that I came so late. In fact, he was cheerful and very kind, explaining what he did to repair my phone. I was very happy with the outcome. Thanks again, Marly.

This store has very poor service. I had paid for the number until August 16, and I wanted to turn off the number after this date. but the store employee Kevin Galeas made a mistake and turned off my number on the day of the appeal - July 28th. The store refused to correct its mistake or compensate for the damage. I lost my mobile connection, although it was paid for another twenty days!!! How can we live without cell phones these days? I can't work, I can't communicate, I can't see a doctor!!! in fact, they stole money from me for twenty days of mobile communications! And is this possible in a state of law?

Complete scammers. They will sale you a phone S22 as new and if you do not pay attention you'll realize it is refurbished. Pay attention to the box and everything in it! Extremely unprofessional behavior, all because they have a commission based salary now. Very sad practices.

Today, a store employee Kevin Galeas disconnected my wife's phone number, although this number was paid until August 16. None of the Verizon farmers were able to reconnect the phone number and refused to refund the money. disgusting service!

Be careful when switching services. I’ve gone through life paying bills month to month. You pay and you keep the services for the next 30 days, you don’t pay service is canceled. I was charged a extra month because of how Verizon have there billing cycle. I switched to t mobile and thought that was it but I checked my bank account and seen a another month being charged. And trying to get it fixed and get a refund is none existent but one lady gave us 37 $ out of 235$
