Worst customer service experience EVER! Will never do business with them again! Placed an order for print and pick up online to be ready by 4pm next day. Called about 2-3pm day of pick up to confirm everything and after a 2HOUR wait time-yes that is correct 2 hours on hold total waiting for someone in print to answer-I get told they didn’t start the sign and won’t start until later that night or next day! When I stated no I need it at the given time frame of when I ordered they stated ok we will do the order. Cut to an hour and a half later when they stated oh we reviewed your order and we can’t do it the website made a mistake. WHAT? Why not tell me after I was on hold? I gave the order number and had she really pulled up my order she would have known by then. Why drag this on until I was on my way? Why treat customers so rudely? If you need something done in a timely manner or if you are looking for customer service this place is not for you look elsewhere. ~Upgrade
