You want talk to a human robot go this branche. There is no more customer service, only whatever my "boss" told me I'll do that. Only thing these employees care is to sit out 9-5pm and go home, forget about simple customer service. You need an appointment for a 1 minute service. We live in crazy times I guess. I walked in this branch, branch is EMPTY, no custumers, bankers doing nothing, they are telling me I need an appointment! Is this crazy?! ~R.T.L

I called the day before to make an appointment, the man on the phone was very cordial and immediately found me an appointment the next morning. I came in, checked in with the front desk and then sat to wait. I got a synthetic blend oil change and I used a coupon on the Midas website that made the total $25 and I was able to get my tail lights fixed all for $75. So happy they were able to help me! I love the service my pet and I receive from the staff at Hallandale Petco. Everyone there seems to be knowledgeable and interested in assisting you. I visited another store in the area but the atmosphere was totally different. Hallandale Petco is one of my dog's favorite places. He loves his groomer Danielle. ~Yvette

I hired 2 movers for 2 hours to pack a uhaul for me. They were on time, the guys did such a great job. Nothing broke, things hardly moved and I drove 1500 miles with a car attached to the back. They didn’t speak much English but we made it work. Easy to book online, picked them for that part alone moving companies are such a hassle to deal with! ~Emily

I have been coming to this store for a very long time. I drop off my boxes without a problem and the exact same way. Today the man working the front refused to even scan my phone until I changed the settings of my phone. He was loud and mentioned he's been working for 7 years and how it couldn't work. Mind you, Ive always had the same settings on my phone. Super ridiculous and no manager came out to help. Very unpleasant experience. I had to go to another UPS that had no problem doing it. What a waste of time. Please train the man w grey hair and heavy accent at the front to be more helpful and accommodating. ~Andrea
