It would be nice if they updated good or send an email blast to all of their PO box holders that they would be closed on Father’s Day. Google search show they are open while they have a sign on the door that because of this holiday they are closed. Wasted my time for nothing today.

I have been coming to this store for a very long time. I drop off my boxes without a problem and the exact same way. Today the man working the front refused to even scan my phone until I changed the settings of my phone. He was loud and mentioned he's been working for 7 years and how it couldn't work. Mind you, Ive always had the same settings on my phone. Super ridiculous and no manager came out to help. Very unpleasant experience. I had to go to another UPS that had no problem doing it. What a waste of time. Please train the man w grey hair and heavy accent at the front to be more helpful and accommodating.

I received no explanation or apology as to why it took a month and a half to pick-up my item from the auction house, and get it delivered to me. Multiple emails and promises went no where. I won't be using their services again.

She guided me to set up my Amazon returns with patience and kindness and also helped me make smart choices regarding the big box of gifts we were mailing off. They were very friendly, provided quick replies to my emails, offered very competitive prices & packed my fragile item with great care which did arrive safely.
