This location will force you to purchase an overpriced box in order to accept an Amazon return. They are not supposed to do this. Go to other locations that do not do this.

"BEWARE" PRICES AT STORE OVER 43% HIGHER THAN SHIPPING SAME SHIPMENT ONLINE My issue : UPS website was down but rate was $44.80 for next day by 10:30am Store Charged me $78.93 for the same shipment . When I asked them why there was that large of a price difference I got an excuse that UPS incentivizes shipping online. - I totally understand making some money but this is abusive - I will never go there again and I advice you to stay away - just drop off shipments already paid online

I have interacted with him on multiple occasions and have always been impressed with his hard work ethic and consistently excellent customer service. He is always extremely helpful, polite, professional, and consistently goes above and beyond.

Came 5 min before store closes. While was unloading my parcels young lady (UPS Store Staff, I didn't get the name, sorry! :) ) courteously helped me to bring all my parcels inside and processed my order in fast manner. Left store cheered up and elated :) Exceptional service! (And store is super clean, btw)

Really great employees. Place that remind you that even a small chore like dropping delivery at UPS ,can be a nice experience. Always with a smile and helpful , not grumpy and “just do what you need to do and move on “ kinda of service you getting from so many place now days. Thank you guys . You’re awesome 👏🏻

The young man who works here makes me only want to come to this UPS Store. He probably does not even realize it, but he makes it so welcoming here. He is always friendly, helpful however he can be, and he is able to multitask. If it is busy, he moves as quickly as he can, while also being efficient and tending to everyone equally. He also always lets everyone know he will be with them as soon as he can. I just want to give him some recognition. Next time I go I will learn his name so that I can add it to my review, and I hope that someone sees it and realizes what a great employee they have.
