Lady working there on 2/10/2022 around 5pm couldn’t scan the printed express label, and refuse to enter the tracking code to print a new label out, we try picture and scan code but it didn’t work and she said that she can’t type it in. Guess what we went down town fed ex, the cust rep downtown enter the tracking and was able to print a new label (like they normally do) and we are able to express ship the docs. Please retrain your personnel. These are time sensitive documents, could of cause of a lot of people headache. Train train train your people!!!

I went to print six pages on nice card stock, expecting a little bit of a pricier amount than normal printing. I was charged $28 for six pieces of paper, because the ladies helping me charged me two different times for edits they made on my paper without telling me it was an up charge. Not only did they not tell me how much the price would be upfront, but the paper itself was splattered with other ink, and did not come out clean. I still had to pay in order to get my documents and they did not try to alleviate that cost at all, knowing full well that it was not my fault nor my intent to pay that much for this minor project. Jessi was great! She offered to assist me right away and was able to find the right shipping options for me. The store was clean and there was only a one minute wait. I went around 11am and there were plenty of parking options. Even though I had a lot of things to ship the whole process took under 15 minutes. I will definitely be returning for my future shipping needs.

Jariin told me l had to have bubble wrap in the box. I wasn't told that a few days ago when l came here and he wouldn't accept the label Beachbody gave me to return the package. The products were shipped without bubble wrap and I shouldn't have to pay for bubble wrap especially when there was nothing that could break inside of the box. He told me that was the company policy. Other Representatives that I have encountered at this location have been much nicer, and simply taped up the box that I had and mailed off items in the past. I won't be patronizing this location again. What a hassle and none customer service friendly.

She claimed before she could even accept my package she needed an invoice from the company on their letterhead. Additionally, she went on to print the information which she said was correct, however all the information she printed references clearing the package upon arrival at its destination, not to receive the package. I have been doing this for a while now and never have i been told or instructed to do otherwise or to have a company invoice for her to accept any goods. She didn't seem to be able to answer any questions accurately and I left and went to another FedEx location not too far away. There I was able to send my package off without any of "documents" that old "store manager" claimed i needed. Someone please inform her of the policies. Thanks
