If zero stars was an option that's exactly what they would get. Apparently they don't accept 50 or 100 dollar bills. It's not posted anywhere. The nice young lady who rung me up also wasn't aware of this policy either. When she asked the older woman working for change, she got major attitude. I said no problem just give me my $100 back & I will go one about my business. She proceeds to walk away griping and says "just a minute, Jesus". So after several minutes she comes out with two twenties and forty ones. I said I wasn't about to stuff 40 one dollar bills in my pocket and just give me my money back. She says I can't have the items which I said was fine. Then she tells me they have a no refunds policy and says she can't void it. So I will never spend a dime in this overpriced junk store. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. Get staff with better additudes.

For each section, maybe they'll have something amazing this time or maybe not, and if they do, maybe it will be priced at a bargain or maybe it will be priced closer to what it's really worth, or maybe it will be overpriced. The only downside is that men's shirt selection has been pretty lackluster each time I've been there. (Update: I stopped by again today for another amazing haul of book and DVD finds for my personal collection, and I found a spectacular short sleeve collared shirt in exactly my size, favorite colors, and design aesthetic. With it being almost 90° out currently, I'm especially happy to say that the men's shirt section was not lackluster this time!)

The prices aren't clear and it's not organized very well. As for clothes, they're in decent condition and have decent prices but mostly large sizes. The place has a weird smell which was almost nauseating in some places. No dressing rooms and no refunds which is a major drawback. I might go for appliances/books but not clothes.

I noticed that the staff spoke nicely to other customers but gave attitude to my mother. She asked for a price check on an item and the staff member proceeded to roll their eyes and responded with attitude. When we went to check out she asked the price for an item because it didn’t have a price tag and she raised her voice and began to bag the items and ended up dropping items out of frustration. I would not recommend this store to anyone!
