I bought both the mommy milk capsules and the chaste tree powder. I’m still taking the mommy milk capsules i wish i found them in my first trimester instead of my second. The capsules are suppose to help with nausea from morning sickness. The pharmacist gave me the best advice for what i needed and was extremely helpful.

I don’t question their product. But 3 stars for the service. Every business privately owned has their own way of running their business. But the cons... 1. Hours of operation start at 11:00. I had an order placed on their website for curbside pickup (due to COVID-19). The website advised me that it would be ready for pickup in an hour. NOT the case. 2. I called to ensure around noon, possibly before, that my order would be ready. I was told by a woman that the soonest pickup time was 15:15. I didn’t understand why... 3. I just so happen to have been in the area around 14:40 and noticed my order was sitting outside in a bin with my name on it, open. I was not comfortable with that setup and did not receive any notice letting me know that my order was ready for pickup. 4. I called to speak to the owner about the process and I was told to wait twice, which is just too many times for comfort considering I called with concerns about the business. The website needs to be adjusted for starters. I was advised that if my prescription was taken then it would be replaced, as it should, but there would be no loss to me. Though I had to throw out my time would be loss. As I had to wait four hours for a prescription that isn’t a real prescription I feel. I don’t have a lot of time to take what it is that I bought (blood & body cleanse: works wonders..) so to have to wait and be placed on hold as if my concerns were not of importance, is a negative for me. Products are fine. Work ethics... they’re very pleasant people to speak with; however, they don’t know how to handle or resolve customer’s complaints. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, considering these are unprecedented times. A lot of family members of mine have been to the Hampton, VA location. So I don’t knock the business. Just needs work.

I found some sea moss finally! It's in powder form i figured I'd try it that way before i dove right into fresh or dried form I've used it once can't wait to see what great benefits it produces! Also the owners of the shop were very helpful and informative i will definitely be going back

If you don’t see what you want, the gentleman behind the counter prepares it for you in the back. It’s all around good store with good vibes. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
