Worst customer service ever horrible attitude from an Employee. I asked if they had a different size shoes just in case I couldn’t fit the shoe that I was going to pay for. She tried to get me to pay for them and was unsure if they had the size that I need if I couldn’t the shoe. Caught attitude because I asked.

I called for a specific shoe from a different location and told them that I was on the way to spend money with the business and they are supposed to close at 8pm I pulled up to the door at 745 and it's locked while employees were inside and refused to open the door when it clearly states on the door that 8pm is the closing time and not 7:45pm not a professional way to run a business at all and I've spent alot of money with this company and I'm completely upset about the way I was handled that will be the last time I ever think about purchasing anything else from this location at

I’ve visited this location several times because it’s closer to my house and convenient. However every time I go here even if I make a purchase the customer service is awful. EVERY TIME. People speak when you enter; but actually getting help and seeing people walk from the back and walk right pass you is unacceptable.
