My review is not specifically about this store but it is about customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes online from champssport.com. Unfortunately, it didn't fit and also I didn't like the model. I went to one of the champs sports stores to return it. They did not give a full refund. They charged $7 as a restocking fee!!!!! What terrible customer service. Please stay away from their website and don't order anything from them.

All I can say is they need step up their retail game... They need to invest in bringing more up-to-date clothing and shoes versus holding on to the old in hopes it sells...

I go there from time to time and there's one young lady that works there that has a wonderful way of dealing with the customers. I wish they had a bigger selection but I'm never disappointed.

Employee proceeded to work with other customers when clearly I had been waiting for about twenty min for a pair of shoes. Customer service was awful, took my business to Foot Locker where they delivered prompt & courteous service. Never attempting to shop at Champs again.
