When I walked I was greeted,then sat for an hour with 2 customers in front of me. Nobody told me anything the whole time I sat down. After a literal hour passed I got up and left, didn't get a bye either. I always have a bad experience at t-mobile.

I visited the tech ridge location and saw they were extremely busy with foot traffic however I was helped by Stephanie within a few short minutes and her service was amazing! She was extremely articulate and one of the most friendly employees I’ve come across in a while, will definitely be visiting this location more often when I need T-Mobile services.

Ok was there for approximately 30 min. There were 5 millennials for employees and 4 customers. 2 were wrapped up and just chit-chatting with the employees. And the myself and a gentleman were the other 2 that were waiting to be helped. Question: How many millennials does it take to screw in a lightbulb. Answer: Whats a lite bub? 90% of the time the employees were just darting back and forth between the 2 work tables, each with a customer. Finally they helped me and installed a T-mobile SIM in my Galaxy S10 5G to replace the obsolete Sprint Sim since the T.M sim that was mailed to me didnt work and the support huy on the phone said that T.M sims arent compatible with my phone, im kinda sus on this new T.M sim that the store employee installed because all the places in the phone settings and spots are still saying Sprint Sim, that the carrier's sim info is locked to carrier. Theres nothing anywhere that says Tmobile. But it works well enough for me to do this oh well. NOW ... If i could get the INSTACART APP TO WORK WITH THIS PHONE AGAIN LIKE IT USED TO. NOW IT DOESNT SHOW AVAILABALE BATCHES. (UPDATE 1 HOUR LATER) Turns out my feeling or hunch that something was fishy 🐟 and I dont mean whatever perfume or cologne, Eau De Toilette de mackerel, parfum de catcha th'day, one of the customers was wearing and permeated all throughout the store killing any life it comes into contact with. Jk. But seriously.. the hour was spent there for nothing. Turns out the sim card she installed and "activated"... was ANOTHER sprint Sim. The whole point was, sprint converted everything to tmobile so some of not all

We switched from metro by T-Mobile to TMobile but the iphone from the previous carrier wouldn't let me into the phone with the new TMobile sim card. We went to this TMobile and talked to Mitchel..... This dude saved our butts and got us back into the phone. He is our hero and if you pump him up enough he'll do a sic karate move in celebration of helping his customers. My hero!!!!
