I was greeted warmly and quickly escorted to my alterations appointment where I met Suzette. She helped with fitting my bridesmaid dress. She was very thoughtful and thorough and communicated well. After we made decisions about the plan to alter my dress, she walked me to the cash wrap to pay. She asked about Diamond Loyalty and mentioned there was a promo coupon for alterations. I was excited, as I had no idea there was a coupon/discount. I stuck around the store to shop a bit and ended up buying some gifts and a shawl. The store was clean and well organized. I highly recommend this location and working with Suzette to help with your alterations.

Selena helped us during our appointment and found exactly what we wanted and asked for. Theresa helped when we came back later and was very friendly and found precisely what we wanted! Both were so supportive and sweet as we picked a color. We found beautiful dresses and are so glad we came!
