Went in with a foundation misstep and a mascara request. Joyce bent over backwards to help me, even pointing me to an incredible SALE on my mascara plus a bonus! The Holidays were beating me up a bit aand Joyce really helped rejuvenate my spirits. Good customer service makes a big difference! Thanks Joyce!

I came in to this location to return a product because of the fragrance in it. I had forgotten my receipt on the way in, so I asked if the card I bought it with would work, along with my Beauty Insider account attached to it. I wasn't even given an answer, all the cashier said was to swipe my ID. I was being offered half the price of my product with no explanation at all. Not even a "Well, we need ____ because ____". I would've been much more understanding if she had at least explained. Later I go in with the receipt and I was met with weird looks, and another employee making a face at my cashier when I came up to the counter again. I had my receipt. I dont understand the need for them exchanging faces as if they were gossiping about me. Not a word was said by her on the way out either. I felt like I was being looked at as a thief. I was very disappointed in this location.

Okay so when we went to sephora, we wanted to get my aunts foundation shade matched but I guess the workers ( two young ladies, let’s name them Sam & Cam ) rather talk with each other and not even try to help us. We sat down and the lady helping us couldn’t even help us at all. we left unsatisfied.... I guess those two girls rather talk than work: but that’s everyone ! Funny how right before we walked in though, two other ladies walked away from out the sephora in a hurry. When we walked in, the two employees were talking it up behind the counter. And then we heard a -beep-beep- sound LOL!! The two ladies had stolen a lipstick or something !!!!! Not only did Sam & Cam not give good customer service they but they also didn’t witness the two ladies running away with free makeup. I’m just going be straight up One girl was Hmong and the other was white . I didn’t get their names but the Hmong girl had a piercing in her nose. Looking dumb as hell with a hook like thing. LOL shaking my head. That’s a loss right there. But the week before, we came and we had an amazing sephora employee by the name of Isabell who was super helpful,patient, & flexible she was just so easy to talk to and ask questions without feeling stupid as hell. She helped my sister find her shade and everything !!!!!! The best customer service and that’s why I’m giving y’all a 3 star instead!!!! Would’ve given a 1 star but Isabell was super helpful . Sorry but workers impact how we feel about ANY business no matter what. Even if sephora is popular and I’ll continue going cuz makeup DUHHH. But I wish workers were better trained or people were just good workers & had good character. The date we went was 9/24/18 at around 6-7 pm. Thanks

I asked for a sample of a moisturizer bit received the smallest amount. After seeing it I went back to ask for a little more because I really wanted to try it and get a good feel for whether I should invest in a $60 moisturizer. The worker gave me a dirty look and tried to explain nicely to me that a small amount should be enough for me to try and that they ran out. I didn't ask you to receive a dirty look in return. I'm not cheap. I only do my research before investing.
