As a longtime Maitland resident I can honestly say that this post office is in need of an intervention. For three years in a row I have put holds on my mail snd every single year they have messed it up. Every month I get mail for someone else . They never answer their phone. The city is aware of the problems with this office but apparently cannot figure out any solutions.

A few other customers commented to me as I was leaving that he's yelled at them as well. I don't expect to be in tears just for wanting to mail a package when I go to the post office. I know I have 5 piece of mail that has not been delivered because I get texts on what is going to be delivered that day. I have not seen a mailman on my ring camera since January 8th, what is going on... When I call that's no help it's all automated, frustrating.

Very hesitant at first coming to this Postal office due to the low ratings on customer service but I must say this morning went really smooth. The clerk was very friendly and greeted everyone as they walked to him. Assisted me and others the same way. Didn't sound grumpy or give out any negative vibe. Cudos to Mr.P (just caught the 1st letter of his last name). This post office opens at 8:30 which is awesome.

My experiences have been limited with the post office staff on those limited occasions they have interacted with them they were okay. However, my carrier has been a Horror for years. He refuses to deliver parcels and nothing seems to motivate him to do a decent job! Not lodging complaint(s) to his supervisor, or the post master, not even calling his direct supervisor on his cell phone (which I received by mistake) improves his service he's horrible. The only saving grace is that I am relocating soon and will never have to be subjected to him again. So sorry for my neighbor's and community.

Yes, sometimes the line gets long. It’s a post office and that happens! But the crew there always works as fast as possible.
