I cannot count how many times my mail was marked as delivered and it never reached me. There have been times where I was at fault so I give credit where credit is due... but I'd say I get 75% of my mail. I'm still giving lower rating for tracking system "lying."

It is the worst USPS that exists, there is an African-American lady who does not help you at all and treats customers contemptuously, she is a disgrace for the United States mail, she does not deserve to be there.

Rudest attendants ever. Unhelpful and act as if you’re putting them out by being there. Editing to add that I tried to complete the survey on my receipt by phone and QR code and it says the location doesn’t exist.

The worse employees in the world are at this location! I have to come everyday unfortunately since my PO Boxes are there but I started going to other locations for service! Two African American ladies, one in particular, horrible! Nasty looks, nasty attitude, playing smart all the time, questioning me every time like they are post office professors and I didn’t do my homework! As I can see there’s bunch of people here sharing the same feelings! Please do something about it! If there would be negative stars I would give them -5 stars!

Just the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered at USPS. I honestly don’t usually believe comments like this bc I think some people just have unrealistic expectations for customer service (esp in Miami) but nope, believe them. Head over to the other coral gables location if you don’t want service with a slap.

The Lady who works at this office has the patience of a saint. She is also very knowledgeable & professional. On tax day her calm demeanor helped everyone wait patiently. Thank you so much 🙏🏻

I can’t even describe the disrespect that comes from the woman at This post office at this point I just assume she hates all Spanish people seen he treat an old lady horrible on top of being disrespectful to her it’s crazy that woman need to be removed asap today needs to be here last day . Little black lady in the with the wrap around her head woman is way out of line! Very unprofessional!

Horrible service. Employees are very rude. I wanted to send my package and asked what is the weight of it. She told me it is 1 pound and 1 once. I said it cannot be this way, the package barely have weight. She said that's what my scale telling me and if you have problem with it go to another post office. Which I did. The package weight was 30 oz. Lol. It is so unprofessional and ridiculous that I just laughed. The world we living today..... :/

Today a have a really bad experience at this USPS location.I went to this location because is the closest to my home, about three walking blocks. The two African American ladies working at there are beyond rude, especially one of them,I feel threatened by her actitud. I really hate to specify their race, but if you read the costumer complaints are all from Latino people, obviously they are discriminating certain ethnic group.Is a really sad situation and USPS needs to address this problem,, is not fair we can’t enjoy the convenience of living in this beautiful neighborhood .

Even one star is too much for this Post Office. The clerk was very rude, she ripped my package, said she did not have to serve me. She kept on asking what's wrong with my face, why am I not smiling and I was fine, I just wanted to send my package. I waited for her for five minutes while she and her coworker were taking pictures of their work screen, and they "did not see me", when there was no one in the store. She called the police telling them I was "hostile". I put the cash on the counter and she told me she does not accept cash from the counter. When I asked for the manager she pointed at the door and said "Go!" On the photo is the Post Office worker, my ripped package by her, and my money that she said she does not want to take.
