Really good dealer experience when it comes to service and all aspects of post sales support. Incredible folks, really helpful and super easy to work with - A+++ Worst dealer experience when it comes to new car sales. Look up definition of a bad sales experience, these folks show up. Inept sales people more interested in showing off their new watch and openly speaking how he "earned" by selling a car aka stiffing a customer. Talking down to a customer saying they doing them a favor? Like really? Trying to get a call returned to a get a payoff quote? Don't hold your breath. Only interested in peddling whatever they think they can get away with. In the end, the buying experience is so unbearably bad that unless your buying a brand they sell exclusively, your better off finding another dealer and then just come in for the service part of the collection (which as stated above, ROCK!!!)

It took 3 months to get a key. First the order took a week or 2. Then the appointment was around month after. After that, they lost my key. Then I came back a few days that week and they were busy every time even when they said I could come. Then finally a week later I got a appointment and went, left the car there only to find out that they ordered the wrong key. Thank god I did have to take care of the rest but a week later they got a new key and someone else took the car there. I will never go back and I recommend you never do either. They sent me a option to review that is why I did this otherwise I probably would not have said anything.

This was the best experience I ever had at the collection. The car was not supposed to be ready until the next day but they were able to get all the parts and deliver the car on the same day. I just want to say thank you to Jessika.

I have been going to the Collection (Audi) for a few years now and I am always impressed! Jessika is an irreplaceable asset to the team and always sets me at ease even when emergencies come up. She always does her best to accommodate me and my family and I am very happy to have found such a wonderful service center! Oh and vacuuming and washing the car every time I bring my Q5 in for service is such a nice touch, I’m tempted to create reasons to visit the collection, but alas, money does not grow on trees. Overall 10/10 recommend Jessika and the Collection, Audi.

The best service I’ve ever received!! They went above and beyond with my car. Fully serviced my Audi and cleaned it top to bottom: I also had a light out in my car and they fixed it without charge! 10/10 recommend. Taking my car here again!

I lost the key to my A8. I drove on a Saturday at around noon time to The Collection. I was greeted the young guy who told me to go speak to Michael Rodriguez. Michael was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He made the entire transaction simple, economical and He was a pleasure just to speak with. I would recommend The Collection without hesitating. However, I would even more so recommend Michael Rodriguez, Because the publics perception is formed by the people at the front lines. Thank you to The Collection, and jib well done Michael.

Audi Collection always has the best service. They notify you whenever there is an update with the car, they’re always willing to accommodate with my time in terms of getting a loaner vehicle while mine is in service. The staff is very welcoming. All in all great service and staff.

I have always serviced my car from The Collections Audi and I like their quality of service and the work they do. I booked my service appointment online without any issues 4 months prior to the service date. Before the service date I was reminded of the service, i was couple of hours late and the service manager honored my appointment. I received my car clean and chiny, the guys did great work. Overall i am happy with the experience
