Andre' Thomas was an excellent Sales Rep. He was a no pressure sales person. He stayed in contact with me during and after the sales process. I highly recommend Audi Clearwater. Their finance team was very busy, so it took a bit longer than I would have wanted but understand they were very busy....good for them. Once we got to finance, Ryan took great care of us and explained everything and offered every option to us. We are very happy with the 2017 A3 we purchased and hope it lasts for a long time! Our experience with Audi Clearwater was top notch. We first found the model that best suited our needs and that happened to be the Q3. Big Al, Al Jaffer greeted us at the door very friendly and helped us through the process. We found the exact car we wanted. Ryan Wolfe the F&I manager was very helpful as well. Overall great experience. Derek Cicala went over and above the call of duty by walking us through some of the features we didn't understand how to use after delivery. He took his time and courtesy to show us how to operate the features we didn't understand. Great teamwork as Big Al enjoyed his day off. 👍

Yesterday I purchased my first Audi A3. We worked with Vilius Vainilavicius. He did amazing job, tremendously assisted with the paperwork process and made my life easier😊 Vilius helped choose the car that totally fits my budget. I was considering a pre-owned vehicle, however he showed us even a better option which was a brand new Audi. I received a great deal on my trade-in vehicle and on a new one. Couldn’t even dream of it! I live in Miami and the whole process was on a long distance. Vilius was very responsive via the phone and text messages during the day that made it easy to figure out a lot of things remotely before I come and pick up the car. Audi should be proud of such a caring Brand Specialists like him. Great customer service and expertise! Thank you Audi for having such a professional on your team. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience purchasing my first Audi at this dealership. Steve Yeager was phenomenal. He gave me time, was very informative, and never tried to pressure the sale. He gave me the chance to think about my options and reach a decision on my own. In many ways, Steve supported me in the decision making process instead of driving it. When it came to the sale, he was open, honest, and incredibly responsive. Any questions I had were answered the same day, usually within the hour. He was incredibly efficient, and he made me feel comfortable through the process. When it comes time to buying another car, I hope that it will be an Audi and that I get the chance to work with Steve again.

This is the fourth car I've bought or leased (all higher end or luxury, new and used) and this is definitely the best car buying experience I've had. Steve, my salesperson, was very congenial and helpful. He drove all around town to be sure I was able to see the car I wanted when I called last minute to say that I was showing up. I had a few complicating factors around being able to pick the car up and he did everything he could to make sure it worked out perfectly. Ryan in financing was by far the best experience I've had on that end. It was like talking to a friend and there was no high pressure or scaremongering to get add-ons. I already had a pretty good rate, but he found me a better one-which he didn't have to do. The whole process was pretty quick and I love my car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Steve, Ryan, and Sam (sales manager).

This dealership really deserves a 5 star rating. I just bought a new 2022 Audi RS Q8 through them and everything they promised to me was done. There were no hidden surprises. In particular, I was dealing with Derek Cicala and he was on top of everything. Very responsible and thoughtful sales person. Always returned my calls and messages. Got me a great deal for this vehicle in June 2021. I was waiting for the vehicle to be built and shipped to the US until January 2022. If you were recently shopping for a car you know that the market is high now. And even though the vehicle was in high demand, Derek did not break the deal to make more money, but stick to what we agreed to. He also recommended a reliable transportation carrier that delivered the vehicle to me from Fl to NY promptly and with no issues. I really appreciate his commitment, honesty and professionalism! He really did his job in the best way possible. Bravo!
