Great place. It took over 3 1/2 hours to get my brakes fixed but the job was done right and the mechanics were friendly. UPDATE: It has been about a couple of months since I've gotten my brakes fixed at Jiffy Lube and I'm still having the same problem before I took my car to Jiffy Lube. Either the problem in the braking system was overlooked or just simply didn't look for the problem and just slapped the brakes on. Now I have to take my vehicle elsewhere and hopefully the problem can get fixed the right way.

No wait. Quickly did an evaluation of my vehicle service needs and pointed out costs. Got the oil change with a nice $20 discount. Will save some $ to get the brake flush and new tires in a few months. Appreciated their thoroughness in providing the service with a nice attitude. Service: Oil change

I think the guys at this location did a great job today with my car. They have an air conditioning tube that they stick in your back passenger window you're waiting so there's no getting hot even in the Florida weather. It's close to my house so I will go back there again.

I went in today for just an oil change on my 2011 Nissan Murano and received friendly professional service! Remy was awesome at explaining to me what services they provide and the run down on prices and such for other services I may need in the future. I've been to many places for oil changes. The dealership or Take 5 are my go to normally. Jiffy Lube said online that part of the oil change was checking fluids as well. Other places I've gone do this as well. My brother looked at my car after I went & my transmission fluid was low & my wiper fluid was almost completely gone. They have time to have you check your blinkers and brake lights to sell them to you if they're bad so why not check fluid & tire pressure? These are services that should be part of the oil change like it said online. Checking tire pressure & fluids is something Take 5 does so I'll probably just be going there. Everyone was VERY nice and informative. They did an amazing job. While I was waiting they put a tube that blew cool air into my car. Joshua, Roderick, and Robert did a fantastic job. Went in for an oil change, advertised at $49.95. When the attendant took my order I mentioned that the engine was a 5.4 liter. During the oil change I was informed that the coolant was low and the power steering fluid looked "nasty". My bad... I just told him to take care of it. I was presented with the bill just about the time they were finished. $441.39. I wasn't informed of any extra charges until they were finished. I expected a charge for the steering fluid ($99.99). But I thought the coolant was to be topped off, not flushed and replaced. And, 2 extras quarts of oil. Take 5 gets my business in the future.

Very vindictive. Wouldn’t allow me anywhere near my car during work. Wanted to replace some brand new filters. I tried to be nice and said I’d return. They purposely reassembled my car wrong. All filter devices were thrown back together literally. 3.9 is the lowest google review I’ve ever witnessed.

Top notch professional service. They do much more than just oil changes. Very clean shop and comfortable lounge area. Won’t find a better place in Clearwater for general maintenance services.
