Everyone from our sales person, to the sales manager, to the finance manager were all very nice, very patient, very knowledgeable and NO pressure. Additionally, we bought a pre-owned 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and even though it isn't under warranty, when we discovered a few things we weren't happy about they fixed them no charge to us and wanted us completely happy. Sales Manager Sue is amazing.

I scheduled my regular service (oil change, tire rotation, inspection) at Fitgerald for a Monday at 1pm. I arrived on time and was promptly greeted. After checking in I went to the lounge to read and wait it out. I accepted the cup.of coffee that was offered, and had a seat. About an hour later I was back at the desk and on my way. I could probably get it faster somewhere else, but I'm not upset at all, and with the $35 credit I get each quarter, it's pretty reasonable.

Everyone at Fitzgerald made sure I was taken care of and made everything painless. Once I was going through the purchase stage of my car I wasn’t there for more than an hour which is unheard of when going through the purchase stage. I have serviced my vehicle here for 5 years since I bought my vehicle from you. Bill and his team are abd always have been amazing. I have never been charged a diagnostic fee on what’s wrong with my vehicle. Yesterday I went in for my normal service oil change etc and told Bill my blind spot sensors are not working and was told it would 170,00 to diagnose. Well I just told you the dash alert told me it’s not working. Not sure what to diagnose if I just told it’s not working? Is this Fitzgerald’s way of sticking it to the customer? Diagnose What??? Just fix it and I would pay for it? It’s not the service teams fault they just do what they are told. Fitzgerald must be trying to stick to its customers.

A week ago I inquired about a used vehicle at this dealership that I found while searching online. I spoke to Garret Clouse about this vehicle, and setup a time to test drive this vehicle & inspect in-person. Garret was professional and pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions regarding the vehicle, gave me a detailed quote (Upon request) for how much the vehicle would cost out-the-door, and available add-ons I could purchase at the time of sale. Garret allowed me to take the vehicle to an independent mechanic of my choice for a full inspection before I committed to purchasing it. The vehicle was in remarkable condition (Beyond good, it was excellent)! The mechanic noted nothing wrong with it. I brought a cashiers check to the dealership the day I wanted to purchase the vehicle, and walked out w/the keys to my new vehicle in about 1.5-2h I'd say. Thank you, Garret, for being an amazing sales associate that coordinated the entire process from the moment I called to the moment I drove off w/my vehicle.
