By far my most enjoyable car buying experience yet! I was very upfront that I would be using my own financing, I didn’t want my credit ran, and wouldn’t be purchasing any other service contracts. They told me “no problem,” we can do that! I was highly skeptical that they would pull a bait and switch when I arrived, since that has already happened at multiple other dealerships. Instead, they gladly accepted my financing, didn’t run my credit, and didn’t pressure me to add on extra service contracts. I walked away with a 2022 Venue SE for $23,038 out the door! Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a more laidback pleasurable car buying experience to be honest. Fitz Hyundai did exactly what I wanted, they didn’t push back and try to pressure me. They also didn’t ask me to write a Google review like many other dealers have. I’m doing this on my own accord because I’m extremely happy with their car buying experience. Fitzgerald was recommended to me ahead of time, and Im glad I followed up! I had no intention of buying when I went to test drive the 2019 Kona Ultimate. After a nice relaxed discussion with Adam, I ended up purchasing the vehicle and they made it a piece of cake! Zero pressure, very low key, Honest and upfront. Adam made me feel like an old friend. Just bought a black on black leather Santa Fe Calligraphy from this dealer today and it was the easiest purchase experience I've ever had with a new car dealer. Even in these unprecedented times with supply chain issues and the lack of sufficient new vehicle inventory, I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the Tampa area looking for a new Hyundai. The Fitz Way refers to this dealership being a one price store and everything is posted on the website, even the F&I products one can purchase if desired and with the requisite pricing next to each item. Also, for a Florida new vehicle dealer, the doc fee is lower than most I have seen ($699) and the only other fee, other than your tag transfer, is a $98 electronic filing fee. This fee is also lower than most other new vehicle dealers charge in Florida. My salesperson was Ken Logan and he was great and the 90 minutes spent with him at delivery was relaxed and efficient. Ken made sure the vehicle was detailed and fully fueled before I showed up so it was easy to just set up the Blue Link and Sirius XM trial. I spent another 30 minutes in the vehicle setting up my profile and pairing my phone; I didn't need a lot of help as I also have a new Palisade Calligraphy and the two vehicles are almost identical in terms of the features and set up. In short, Ken was a great salesperson and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new Hyundai in the Tampa area. Lastly, I would like to than the General Sales Manager, Lane Campbell, as Lane allowed me to buy my new Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy as I live about 200 miles away from the dealership in the St. Augustine area. My sincere thank you to Lane for working with me to get this deal done and for putting me with Ken Logan to do the paperwork and take delivery so quickly and efficiently. We have a 2012 Tucson Limited that we rarely drive. Took it out a couple of weeks ago just to give it some exercise and observed that the sunroof opened and closed very slow. Decided to take it to the dealer as we purchased with the car an extended warranty. The service center determined that the entire sunroof assemble needed to be replaced at a cost of over $5,000. They also informed us that our 10 year 100,000 warranty had expired as the 10 years was based on the in-service date and not the date we purchased the car. I didn't want to spend $5000 for a sunroof I really didn't use so I declined the repair. I later took the car to a local repairman for an oil change and told him about my experience with Fitzgerald. He work on the sunroof for maybe 5 minutes. It needed some lubrication due to lack of use. I now works fine - no charge. In my opinion these people are cheats. Govern yourself accordingly.

Greeted at drop off - checked in - quickly seated with Service Writer. Recalls checked for requests for service reviewed, and made recommendations. Comfortable waiting room. Service completed in a very timely manner. Check-out and review of service findings was quick and informative. Vehicle was delivered to me quickly and even received a complimentary washing. It just doesn't get any better!

This place definitely deserves 5 stars! Great service with reasonable prices. At almost 100K, I had my Crosstrek serviced there twice recently, once for minor lights work and then for much needed detailed inspection and work. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a warm, friendly and professional atmosphere. Lisa was very efficient and communicative. She took time to explain details of needed repairs, addressed all my questions and concerns with patience and understanding, which made me fell heard and included in the process. The shuttle and loaner services only increased my overall feeling of satisfied customer. I’m happy I gave them a try and I highly recommend them.
