To the finance manager and the valet gentlemen whom brought cars down for us to test drive. 5/5 service and knowledge process was easy. Do not take your car to this dealership!! First mistake was choosing them. I purchased my car in Coral Springs this is the sister location (same owner) If I could rate them lower I definitely would. Dropped my car off for a 9:30am scheduled appointment( second mistake) New brakes do not take a day and a half to replace. Horrible customer service and an inability to communicate. I had to initiate every call in order to get feedback. Eventually told around 4pm it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I was told there were no loaners available so they would send a Lyft. (entire fleet of cars on the lot yet you have no loaner) A service manager came out when I arrived apologizing and stating she just became aware of my dissatisfaction with the service agent and the overall treatment I received throughout the day. Great news a loaner magically arrived and as a COURTESY it would be no cost to me. Seriously ma’am?? Btw she was also throwing in a complementary detailing service up to $75 ( she said I misunderstood that part. Maybe I did because I literally had no words after that conversation) Long story short..The next day I received a text at 2:45pm that my car was ready. When I arrived the Service Agent instructed me to sign the invoice. I noticed a 20k mile service inspection was completed as well. The agent provided no feedback whatsoever. I left. On the 5th evening after receiving my car back my dashboard flashed a message to stop the car immediately it is unsafe to drive “coolant “. My husband arrived 30 minutes later popped the hood and discovered the service technician left the cap off my radiator. There fluid was out of the radiator and all over my engine and other parts. have provided pictures below. I have scheduled an appointment with a different dealership for a complete inspection because I am sure my engine and are parts have been affected. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE AT AUDI FORT LAUDERDALE!! Stay tuned for the update

I woke up to a flat tire went I. To get it replaced and they did not have the tire, I could not leave the car as they had no loaners, they were not sure if I could be helped oh and was told sorry the guys take break at 12 so I can’t promise it will be done. I asked if maybe they can call another Audi to see if they had the tire and could help and was told they don’t work together with other Audi dealers. Bottom line I had to risk getting on the highway and heading to Audi if north miami where the service is was and has always been EXCELLENT 10 stars.

Erika was fantastic. She listened to what we said and showed us the perfect vehicle. Her professionalism and compassion in her interactions with us were on point. We were In and out in under 3 hours with my brand new Audi. I highly recommend Erika and Audi Fort Lauderdale. Rest of staff was very friendly although I found the finance guy condescending.

Audi of Fort Lauderdale! What can I say… they have been more than exceptional to my family and I. I was a Lexus girl for years. The time came to needing a new car. My husband surprise me with a SQ7 and I was so skeptical at first switching to another brand/ make. As soon as I got in my Audi it was a night and day change. I felt like I was driving a space ship, the luxury and comfort is like no other. As a mom of two little one’s I need comfort and safety when it comes to vehicles. Fast forward a year later, I hydro plane (it was raining hard) my car spun out of control 6 times hitting the guard rail a few times. I never move from my seat. The car took the entire impact it was something out of this world how I never even got a scratch including my passenger. These car’s are top notch and more importantly made with safety in mind. I will never change the make of my car after seeing my Audi preform in that very crucial time. Thank you Steve Kincaid for making a smooth transaction on the purchase of my second Audi.

Jeff in Sales is the man! Thank you for helping me pick out my dream Q5. Jeff was patient and kind & never seemed like I asked too many questions. Dealer wasnt pushy at all and test driving the cars was easy! I will be back for a 2nd Audi and will only come to ft lauderdale location to see Jeff. All documents were clear and understandable. No hidden fees and one dealer prep fee of $999. The Q5 drives so smooth and is like heaven when behind the wheel! Thanks again!

This is the worst customer service and service team. I have reached out twice now to get my car serviced due to a check engine light. First time I took it in and was told the problem was fixed. Next time I turned my car on, the issue came right back- so clearly issue was not resolved. Called service and spoke to Shannon. She said she would call me back once she spoke to the service manager about being able to get me a loaner due to inconvenience and since this is something they DO NOT offer their customers (unless you want to wait 30 days and drive around with your check engine light on). I never heard back from Shannon. I called again a month later and I was told the SAME EXACT THING. Still to this day, Shannon nor the service manager has called me back, who I called to speak with a manager but they were “unavailable” but and never returned my call. Regret giving this dealership a dollar of my money. Audi west palm beach is the best and took my car in to fix Audi Fort Lauderdale mistakes and loaned me a car without a question. You say you are known for great customer service- but reply to every bad review on here with the same phrased paragraph.

My bf loves Audi vehicles so he went to buy a car at Audi. The sales agent David was more than phenomenal he explained and walked us through the process. He was very courteous and professional beyond words. His shift was over but he stayed behind to late to make sure everything was okay. David exceeded expectations and went above and beyond the call of duty to satiate our needs. We are happy with the purchase and also the terms. Now I have car fever and want my next purchase to be here. I highly recommend them. The place is clean and smelled great. The cars were made by Jesus and his disciplines fine tuned every details. While there I fell madly in love with the cars and its quality. They appear strong and the seats are sturdy and looks like they were built to withstand impact. Our car is the one without a bow we love it.
