I lost the key to my A8. I drove on a Saturday at around noon time to The Collection. I was greeted the young guy who told me to go speak to Michael Rodriguez. Michael was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He made the entire transaction simple, economical and He was a pleasure just to speak with. I would recommend The Collection without hesitating. However, I would even more so recommend Michael Rodriguez, Because the publics perception is formed by the people at the front lines. Thank you to The Collection, and jib well done Michael. ~Jorge

Extremely rude when dropping off the prescription. Only provided one of two meds that I needed to take same day due to surgery earlier in the day. Fortunately I had the doctor sent a new prescription to CVS that opens longer and actually answers the phone. Publix never answered the phone to address this major issue. ~Florencia

I will start off by saying I am a loyal customer of madewell . Literally 80 percent of my clothes comes from this store. I had an issue with the quality of an item and an issue of exchange for a sweater because it was too large within the 30 day exchange period after spending over 1400 in just one bill. The manager who dealt with me was so rude and unhelpful. Basically told me the store will not do anything about the matter and on top of that she really wasn’t nice about it. I am not one to cause a scene so I let the issue go but Sadly I will not be shopping at madewell anymore.... I rather spend my money somewhere I am appreciated. My advise to the company is to ensure their sales persons are at the very least polite to the customers! I will be making a formal complaint with the company against this store as often times the sales girls are busy chatting amongst themselves and otherwise being very snobby with the customers. Just to add . Madewell customer service has apologized and asked for me to send in the items by post for a full refund as this behavior is not normal however I am still moving forward with the complaint on this particular shop/manager. ~Sheena

This store also has great sales. They have clothes for women and children and you can order merchandise to be sent to your home. Staff nice and professional. ~lourdes

The store opened about 15-20 min late but it's always worth the wait. Great selection, I was there for panties and grabbed some perfume while I was there. Very nice store. Ladies that work there are very nice and super helpful. It's not far from my house so this is now my new favorite location and will be my go to from now on. ~Charee

Amazing attention to detail. The salesman took the time to bring out every shoe in multiple sizes with a high instep to accommodate my needs. They had a good sale on some casual loafers and a matching belt. Other shoes were a little pricey but absolutely worth it. Their shoe repair service restores your favorite well worn shoes looking brand new. ~Alex

Discovered this great store/company through work. Amazing products, super helpful and knowledgeable staff, and fantastic experience all around. Purchased a pajamas combo (long pants and long-sleeve shirt) and it is FANTABULOUS! So soft and comfy... So so good! Staff was incredibly helpful with my selection. I'm very happy with my selection. This is a new store with beautiful leather and organic items made by hand. Necklaces are hand made of plant seeds and the peel of oranges. Beautiful compositions! Bought a hand painted leather passport cover that's very different from what I've seen even in the expensive stores like Saks fifth avenue. Prices are less for the same quality of items found throughout the mall. Highly recommend the place. ~lourdes
