Horrible customer service and attention. Additionally, if you ever need to call the store, good luck getting someone to answer the phone. If you do get someone on the phone, good luck getting your issue resolved in a pleasant manner. Should really hire better people.

Dont buy from Karen, use Pilar or another sales associate. Normally i dont write reviews but Karen mislead me twice so it takes time to fix her misleading sales approach. First called for shell cordovan shoes, Karen said we have them in store and they a beautiful noting wrong. When drove to the store they had two holes in the leather. So waisted time to go to the store. She told me she can order from scratch new pair takes about 9 weeks. Ok. Few days later called Karen to order from scratch new pair shell cordovans about 9 weeks to make. So all her resopnse was yes, yes, new pair from scratch 9 weeks to make. Shoes are here in less than a week. I got sent defective pair, most likely customer return. Defective stitching and extra glue very visible on one of the shoes. Waisted time again with Karen. I love the AE shoes, have 3 pairs, they are great, this review reflects only experience with Karen the current sales associate in Coral Gables Allen Edmonds store. UPDATE: after the above feedback for misleading practices this is how Pilar the sales associate on shift resolved the situation. Few days after sharing my experience, I went to the store to return the defective shoes. A big surprise, upon entrance before I could say I want to return the defective shoes, Pilar sales associate was there and told me to leave and threatened me to call security. And this is without me saying a word. Obviously, she was aware of the negative experience I had and the feedback I shared. So her request was pre-planned. She refused the return the defective shoes. I wish William a previous store representative is back or someone like him. I hope corporate Allen Edmonds review the security cameras of this incident form 04/29/21 between 6:00pm and 6:15pm. So Karen from Coral Gables Allen Edmonds mislead me and sold me defective shoes, I shared my experience to help other customers not to be mislead, and after that Pilar refused to refund me for the defective shoes and threatened me with security. Mind you, I didnot even raised my voice. Maybe this is a technique to suppress negative feedback but no thank you I will share it. Im waiting to see if corporate Allen Edmonds accepts behavior like the above described by their sale associates. The best thing will be Pilar to call in person and apologize for her unacceptable behavior. I sill have not received my refund

William is the first person to get my shoe fit right. I’ve struggled for years finding a pair of shoes that will comfortably fit my high instep, but he listened and ordered the exact show I needed. I’d recommend traveling to this Allen Edmonds specifically to get fitted by William. Thanks!

The sales staff was very attentive and helpful, but did not inform me of the 25% off for students/military/first responders despite knowing I am a student. Edit 10/22/19: The new(ish) parent company Celeres changed the return policy and customer service procedures. The customer service in store and online has suffered.

Pilar at Merrick Park is amazing. She is so sweet and knowledgable that its amazing. I now have 6 pairs of Allen Edmond's shoes and she is the reason why.

BUYER BE AWARE!!! SCAM!! I ORDERED A PAIR ON LINE, BUT NEVER RECEIVE IT!!! SCAM!! SCAM!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I CALLED AND TREAT ME SO BAD. SOME GOOD SHOES BAD, BAD SERVICE!!!!!

Good shoes. Catch them on a sale. If you return your shoes, make sure to request and keep a receipt.

Amazing attention to detail. The salesman took the time to bring out every shoe in multiple sizes with a high instep to accommodate my needs. They had a good sale on some casual loafers and a matching belt. Other shoes were a little pricey but absolutely worth it. Their shoe repair service restores your favorite well worn shoes looking brand new.
