Horrible home internet service from Tigo in Envigado, Colombia. The signal goes on and off and has been this way for 5 days. Imagine you are trying to read a book and someone is turning off the lights for a while, then turning them back on. Tigo could not care less that the whole city has no internet. They get paid no matter what, they are a monopoly, and so you cannot go to the competition while they have no financial incentive to do anything. I do not think they even have a clue what is wrong and too prideful to ask for expert help. If you have a choice my recommendation is to avoid Tigo. ~Norm

There is no way you can talk to a representative. An answer machine will constantly give you options after options. None of the options is to talk to a ~Dania

The most accommodating pharmacy I have ever been to and my in-laws are both pharmacists. I couldn’t find my medicine anywhere and they were able to fill it the same day while going above and beyond to apply a discount card on top of my insurance. We just moved to the area and I’m so happy I have found my family’s pharmacy for life. I can’t wait to tell our friends about this locally owned pharmacy as well. Thank you guys again!! ~Rachel

The worse employees in the world are at this location! I have to come everyday unfortunately since my PO Boxes are there but I started going to other locations for service! Two African American ladies, one in particular, horrible! Nasty looks, nasty attitude, playing smart all the time, questioning me every time like they are post office professors and I didn’t do my homework! As I can see there’s bunch of people here sharing the same feelings! Please do something about it! If there would be negative stars I would give them -5 stars! ~Nina

Always horrible customer service. Require masks but this is the dirtiest place I’ve been since the pandemic started. Trash on floor and no sanitize stations. Clean your vents as breathing dust is definitely horrible for health.. ~J

I went to Starbucks this morning to receive the bonus points from the app. I ordered the perfect bar, the berry trio parfait. The cheese and fruit protein box and a Trent’s iced green tea. The food is prepackaged but still good. They have prepared foods as well such as breakfast sandwiches, overall good and this one is open early ~Greg

Visited this branch, HSBC in Coral Gables, there was no teller because according to the banker/manager, out to lunch. Essentially the branch was open but no teller to assist customers. Had to come back an hour later because no one to help. When I returned, teller had a poor attitude in assisting and gave me the oldest bills she could find it seemed, unasked her for newer bills and she declined. She said she had no way to acces the cash matching. I approached the manager this time there was a manager, and he wasn’t any more helpful than the teller. Horrible place and horrible bank to deal with. As soon as I am able to, I will be canceling all my CD and taking my business elsewhere. ~Al

I was super looking forward to trying this place, but after my first visit I can only wish for improvement. The service was super lacking, more interested to chat with coworkers in the back room than to my order… Once I paid for my order it took 30 min to get a salmon toast even tho there were NO customers besides me. After I asked about my order the cashier stopped chatting with her 2 coworkers in the back and informed me they had burned my bread but working on a new order… once I got my toast the salmon was brown in multiple spots and the onions so big for the dish. I just moved to the neighborhood and really wanted to make this spot my second house, but unfortunately will have to look for a different business to spend my money. Sad, there is So much potential for better service and dish presentation! ~Ingrid
