I’ve been going to University Pharmacy for years and it is easily the best pharmacy around. The staff is so nice and extremely helpful. They are super quick and never have customers waiting.

University Pharmacy - [ ] After years of horrible service, waiting in lines and being treated like a criminal at CVS and WALGREENS, I was at my wits end. My doctor recommended a “Private Pharmacy.” Wow! I couldn’t be happier and so relieved to have found the amazing and talented team Dr. Harni and Dr. Natasha of UNIVERSITY PHARMACY in beautiful Coral Gables. I am now Intricate humanely again, with compassion and kindness. I feel very important like a concierge service and the front and back of the house team are equally as efficient, kind, and awesome! Highly recommend University Pharmacy.

The most accommodating pharmacy I have ever been to and my in-laws are both pharmacists. I couldn’t find my medicine anywhere and they were able to fill it the same day while going above and beyond to apply a discount card on top of my insurance. We just moved to the area and I’m so happy I have found my family’s pharmacy for life. I can’t wait to tell our friends about this locally owned pharmacy as well. Thank you guys again!!

It is so refreshing to work in such a customer service oriented pharmacy. The staff and new owners are simply awesome! I definitely love how personal and charismatic our regular patients are and the receptiveness towards my recommendations.

Excellent, professional, pleasant service. Such a nice change from chains. I needed a special med for one of my dogs and they were able to get it in 24 hours without making a huge deal out of it. Would that I could switch my insurance from the chain to them.

Came into Miami for an elective procedure hoping that things would be smooth sailing but I ran into a small issue with getting my script filled I went to two major chains and they refused to help me. I was referred to University from the surgery center and they were Heaven sent. The customer service was 10/10 they were very friendly and eager to help me. I’m along way from home and for the time I interacted with them I felt as if I was amongst family. I recommend them for all your pharmaceutical needs. I refuse to do business anywhere else. This is home for me….. Thank you University Pharmacy.

Fantastic service at University Pharmacy! We needed Covid test for our cruise and we never got the results for the ones we took at CVS. By the time we got to Miami and we’re a few hours from embarkation, we had still not gotten the results and we started panicking! We saw a sign for rapid PCR tests at our hotel and we called. They were so helpful and accommodating. Got us in and tested in 15 minutes. Handed us papers to present to the cruise line! Awesome place!! Highly recommend!!

They lie about medication availability to trick you into ordering things they do not have in stock. I ordered some medication from them based on their website showing Id get it on Thursday (Ordered on Monday). Well on Th I havent gotten a shipment notification so I called their customer service line. The people I spoke to didnt care they promised to deliver the meds I need and just kept saying they are waiting for inventory. When I said they shouldn't promise things are shipping and delivering on a date when its not even in their inventory. The guy said ill give you a refund and hung up on me. Lying about having medication in stock is unethical and dangerous. Find another pharmacy where they are honest and have compassion for their patients.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am having elective surgery and I am here from OOS. I used this pharmacy due to CVS and Walgreens are always out. When we came last year, the prescription was filled with no issues with my insurance card. This year, the cashier took my card but said my insurance may not take it. Mind you, I used this same pharmacy last year. I left, came back in, she stared the insurance wouldn’t pay. I asked did she run it, she said no. I asked why. It was simply because she didn’t want to. My insurance hasn’t changed and I am actually an account manager that processes and handle insurance for the hospital I work for in my home state. This small mom and pops pharmacy just wanted all the funds for the prescription. They were rude and short and I would never give them a dime of my money. I don’t care if I have to go to every pharmacy in Miami. Why take my card and info if you don’t want to run it? Don’t go here and waste your time especially if you want to use your insurance that you pay for to cut your costs!!!
