Very kind and patient gentleman at the front. Inside clerks are knowledgeable and helpful. The gal that does the PO Boxes knew my number off the top of her head 2 weeks after I ordered it online, before I got my key, never meeting me just by telling her my last name. That is one heck of a memory for sure! Always a great experience at our local USPS office.

The staff is always very welcoming and helpful with returns and shipments. The building is in some serious need of help as it’s not been updated since construction. This is nothing the workers can do; our federal government needs to produce the funding.

Called four times, all sent to voicemail. Missing a package that I tracked and said it was delivered at 12:30 pm today. Was given a phone number by my local post office that said it was the supervisors number here and in charge of the carriers to figure it out. Too bad. I’ll try again tomorrow I guess.

The employee that was working here was extremely helpful. I went in to mail out 2 passport renewals. I was unsure of how to send them. He got me the envelope and answered all my questions. He was very fast and informative. Would definitely reccommend coming here if you need any help or have any questions.

I am pretty happy with this post office and the service at my rural mailbox. Recently I broke the key off in my box, at the tower, out on the street. I went to the post office and told them and it was repaired and a new key the next day. Also, my carrier has been pretty good about setting larger packages at my front door. Thanks

I hate having to call and make complaints but this morning I had to do it. I have been here for 2 years and every time I get the wrong mail, I send it back and write wrong address. It never stopped. I have been getting this woman's toll ticket and the such the ENTIRE time I have lived here. I have had neighbors bring me my mail that was placed in their box. It has not gotten any better, it actually has gotten worse. The other day on my way home from work at 7 in the morning, I go by, and a complete tower of the community mailbox was wide open with the postman's master key inside! The last straw was today when I checked my mailbox and did not get one piece of mail for myself, but a complete box full of my neighbor's stuff including social security papers and bank statements! I wonder where he put MY mail!!!!! Tbh, I'm borderline angry!!!! I'm not important or anything, but I have very sensitive things that I expect to be delivered via USPS!!!!! Ugh!

I just had two (2) packages delivered, the woman looked up at me and dropped them both from waist height on my front porch as I opened the door for here, turned around and walked away. She said nothing, frowned and literally had no Idea what was in the packages she had just thrown at me on my own front door entrance. The large box was heavy, but it should not have been handles the way it was, nor should the smaller boxed that flew off when she threw the big package down. I intend to let Amazon know they may be making a poor choice thru this post office, as this is my second complaint.

Our mail carrier thought that because she threw our packages over the fence into the side yard once that it would be ok to continually throw our packages in the yard where they are not in anyone's line of sight. She also thinks it's ok to leave a pink "pick-up slip" in stead of knocking on the door when a signature is require. She did this twice. We were expecting an important check in the mail, my husband took off of work to be there on the delivery date and she didn't even knock, just left a slip in the mail box. I called to lodge a complained and she actually told her supervisor that because we didn't complain the first time she did these things that she thought she would continue doing them. Then she tried to say that the gate wasn't open to leave the packages by the front door. But here's the catch... THERE IS NO GATE. Now my package that she tossed over the fence is SOAKING WET and mushy. Thanks, lazy lady!
