GREAT place and wonderful sales team!!! I've purchased 2 vehicles from Citrus Auto Trader in the past and couldn't say nicer things about them and the inventory on the lot. The best part is that they have their own auto repair shop. I've used them for both minor and major repairs on my car and my husband's truck (not bought from there.) Their mechanics were speedy and thorough. This is the best car buying experience and repair services I've ever had - Hands down!! Thanks!!

Very friendly, and and helpful. Patient with me when I was asking about 6 different cars, and looked at all of them. Honest about which vehicles would be better and which ones wouldn't be great for my family. Showed me what to look for when picking a car. Would 100% choose Citrus auto trader again, when looking for a new, used vehicle.

I am incredibly disappointed in the way staff conducted themselves. I had an interview here. I just moved to Florida and have never been to Lecanto in my life. First thing to note, they do not have a clear sign on the establishment labeling them "Citrus Auto Trader". Second, the employee was condescending, had a disdainful attitude, and dismissed me instead of letting his manager handle whatever the situation was. Third, it is a small open office so the fact that other employees allowed the disrespect caused further disappointment in the establishment's image and integrity. I'm glad I didn't move forward with the job because it is not the kind of environment or team I'd like to work with. I don't care if the business reads this and disagrees because of course they want to protect their image. I could argue that I informed them prior that I was in Florida assisting elderly family that couldn't be left alone and had to wait for someone to get there so I could leave, or that getting a hold of them while I was lost took more time than it did to find the building, or even note that I wouldn't have been late at all if I'd known where I was going, much less the fact that it was only 10 minutes, or even more so how despite whatever their policies may be I was not deserving of being called irresponsible or incapable of time management with a character flaw of poor judgment. This was the first time I've ever been spoken to this way at an interview otherwise I wouldn't care to comment. The point of the matter is that the interaction was a sorry one and though I hope the attitude improves there, I do not have positive things to say about the location.

Great staff, very courteous and accommodating. We bought a vehicle from them and any issue we have had they are more than happy to look at for a reasonable price. I highly recommend checking with them for "Buy here, pay here". They have a good selection for reasonable prices and are willing to work with you.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with my experience with Citrus Auto Trader. They sold me a car that is a practically garbage. They seemed nice and told me a good story about my car, they said the upholstery is clean, it runs well, we have had mechanics check it out, and they fixed any maintenance problems that it has. I have only had this car for 2 months and I have had 6 problems with it already. They gave me a car that had an urgent recall on it for 9 months, my headlamps could have set on fire at any time! My timing belt is completely warn which costs over $700 to fix. The a/c no longer works because it never did, they had freon put in there so I wouldn't know. Now I have to buy a new compressor for over $900. Also the a/c drier is bad that is another $300. The gas cap I had to replace as well, another $40, and I had to get a new windshield wiper motor for $60. You do the math and tell me if this is worth a car from them? Never in a million years will I recommend these people. This car may only have less than 75,000 miles on it but it is a piece of crap and besides all of these issues they lied about the upholstery, they flipped the car mats upside down so I wouldn't see all the purple marker and brown stains in it. They left out a lot of important information about my car, and were extremely rude at times. I hope no one else falls for these charlatans, I wish I hadn't.
