My daughter got her braces off recently from here and the new doctor Dr.Strouse that took over sliced her gums and left her bleeding. Go to a different orthodontist.

What a difference…. Our experience since the transition have been mostly positive. My husband and I can tell Dr. Strouse cares for our children’s care and wants to do the very best available. He’s brought in much needed technology – we’re so glad our youngest won’t have to get those goopy molds, it’s all digital now! They are even finally updating the office! They said they got a new software so a payment didn’t go thru which was kind of annoying but they were able to get it fixed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Strouse and his staff who, by the way, are super friendly. Our two kids in braces love them and their teeth are looking good so far.

A dental office should provide details that explain the results of your visit and not just schedule you for a another visit and send you on your way.. That was my most recent experience after taking my grandson to the office of Strouse and Wexler.. After the visit or exaim, They send the patient out to the front desk to schedule the next appointment. That's it. .....No explanation as to the status of his dental condition or what to expect in the near future. It would be helpful to know what procedures took place today, are we progressing or improving and, what might I expect in the future. My guess is that would take about three minutes Thank you.

everything was really fine until Wexler retired and Strouse took over. they're so disorganized now, it's really annoying for me (a patient with braces) and my mother. the staff are all very nice to me though

Clean, friendly staff, and the wait once you arrive for your appointment is minimal. If you have a problem in between appointments they make it a priority to see you. Update: I went back on 9/10/20 for an issue with my retainer and it took less than 10 minutes to be seen, fixed, and out the door. Super easy to get scheduled.

Positive clean environment! Amazing friendly staff that seems to genuinely care. Dr Wexler takes time to explain things and we have never felt rushed out. Great place.

Dr. Wexler is good at what he does but that's not why I'm giving this one star. The reason is because I called to schedule an appointment and the front desk lady called me an idiot. I know it wasn't the lady with British accent but it was very uncalled for and unprofessional.

I went to check my appointment time on the website, and the low reviews caught my eye. Not sure why there are one star reviews!! I’ve been going to Wexler for 2 years and I’ve had no problem with him or his staff!! They are very accommodating, insightful, and kind! They take the time to know the patient. As for the walk in coming from out of state, I’ve always heard it’s uncommon for a orthodontist to work on another’s patient, unless it’s a transfer... They are always open and fit me in for any surprise wires poking out or for a rubber band that breaks, even if I don’t have an appointment. I love Dr. Wexler and his staff, and I highly recommend his practice!!!
