The day before my daughter's appointment, they called and canceled her appointment. Not only that, they said they are not going to reschedule because she has healthy teeth and gums and that she would no longer be a patient there.

Sadly it's been a frustrating experience here with Ortho. I wish I would've known before paying the thousands of dollars for my daughter's braces that she could only be seen Fridays as they travel and aren't there any other time. Though it hasn't been every Friday that they're even there..So when my daughter needs to be seen sooner for issues with them it's difficult to get help. Today went to this location because she had an appointment and NEEDS to be seen but the location was closed apparently due to the storm though no one bothered to inform us and no one would answer the phone so I drove 35 minutes there for nothing and couldn't speak to anyone about getting her a new appointment. Just can't recommend this place for orthodontic care.

Dr Moore is the best Dentist I have ever seen. She is caring, takes time to answer all the questions that I have and always makes me feel comfortable. I have health problems that effect my teeth she not only was knowledgeable about the disorder but was able to teach me about my health disorder and what to do about my oral care. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist and a great office staff. The entire staff is wonderful.

I will never go back to that place again. The first thing they did wrong was a full spectrum of x-rays even though they had my x-rays from my previous dentist. The dentist is a wonderful woman, but the hygienist was doing a new patient consult and while probing my gums to measure the pockets, she’s calling off fives while looking around in the office instead of in my mouth. I have never had issues concerning gum disease. I left being told that I needed to have deep cleaning done in four quadrants. The office was going to submit my x-rays and diagnosis to my insurance and get preauthorization for deep cleaning. I called my insurance to question if I could go somewhere else for a second opinion. At that time, I was informed that the insurance company would not cover my x-rays because it was too soon to have them done again. I called Bright Now dental and asked then, again, if thety had my records which I had had sent two months prior. Of course, they did! I let them know that I was not willing to pay for that set because they had my records from my previous dentist. I made the decision to pay them for the consult and to never go back again. One week later, I go to a private practice dentist office and the hygienist, doing my new patient consult, found that I had ones, twos, threes, and one four pocket! No fives at all! I got my teeth cleaned the same day, with very little buildup found! I would call this situation pure fraud!

I do NOT recommend! They have rescheduled me 4 times in a row. It’s very inconvenient. I have to schedule off work in advance. They always have an excuse as to why they cannot see me. They said the next available cleaning isn’t until next year. Mine was supposed to be this Wednesday and they can’t see me any sooner. That place is a big MESS.

This was the worst dental appointment I or my wife have ever had in our life. My teeth and gums in six months has gone so bad this dentist would not even clean my teeth. But their office in Cape Coral, FL. six months pryor did not find any of these issues. In fact it was stated that my wife has gum disease . So in the past 2 years 3 different dentist did not fine this disease at all. After research of this disease, you developed it over years. But this dentist says my wife case was severe. I would not go to this dentist office if my life depended on it.

Doctor, clinical and office staff were efficient yet always remained pleasant - even while busy. All were more than willing to provide an explanation for any questions. The doctor's demeanor is relaxed and unhurried ( a definite plus in the dental setting where many are tense :) The physical office itself is clean and bright - and the general atmosphere among patients and the staff is cheerful and energetic. I would definitely recommend this Crystal River practice.

Jeana did our deep cleaning today, this lady is awesome and she is wonderful and Dr. Moore is a very sweet lady they both care about their patients very much and you couldn’t ask for a better receptionist than Shylah! I’m sure she does way more than a receptionist but I’m not sure what her title is but all I know is she works very hard to get help with your insurance and to help you as much as she can this office and not be any better!

I’ve been going to the dentist for over 60 years and I can honestly say the care I received is some of the finest I’ve ever experienced What a wonderful dental office this is. The front office staff makes you feel right at home. Dr. Moore and her dental staff are simply the best I went in for a root canal and crown and had to receive the dreaded palate injection. Dr Moore’s soft touch and injection skill made the procedure almost painless. Her wonderful bedside manner gave me the feeling of reassurance and confidence. The price I paid was more than reasonable compared to the same procedures I’ve had in the past at other dental offices Affordable dental care, great customer service and a wonderful dentist is simply a winning combination I highly recommend Dr Julie Moore and the Crystal River Bright Now Dental office
