This place is predatory and unethical. Should be illegal. I was told I would be required to do a deep cleaning before getting a needed crown. The dentist said the cleaning had to be done first. The cleaning was $2600 with insurance. Went to a locally owned office where they did a thorough exam and found that I just needed a basic cleaning for $100 without insurance. The price of the crown was also much cheaper. Do not go to Aspen. People often end up there because they have an emergency. Call around and find a locally owned place that can get you in quickly. Do NOT go here!

Oh my goodness. Great timing, great communication, very welcoming! I was a bit iffy on picking my dental place and I am glad I chose this place. As a new patient I was greeted with a smile and names. Very happy with my pick of dental.

Arrived to my appointment on time, confirmed via email, had proof of appointment time and the front desk made changes without approval and denied the service because they went with their unapproved time. This isn't the first time they have done this. They are not willing to work with their mistakes and if I could leave a 0 score I would. They don't even apologize, they treat yiu without care. The absolute only reason I am still a patient is for the convenience of the office.

I have been a patient here for a few years. I like the care I receive, however, the scheduling is terrible. I always schedule my appointments for 5:00 because it is convenient for me for after work. Every time they reschedule my appointment for an earlier time WITHOUT calling to see if that works for me. I understand things come up, but it is every time and nobody gives me the courtesy of calling to reschedule, they just do it. I then have to struggle to reschedule a different day at 5:00 and it's a miracle whenever they can actually see me at that time. I am very frustrated because I do like the care I get here but I am looking at other dentists who can respectfully stick to a scheduled appointment.

Highly recommended!!!!! Everyone that assisted me was extremely wonderful! Vanessa at the front desk was very kind and patient with explaining all the pricing of the procedures. Mariela was so caring and gentle when taking my x-rays and assisting the Doctor . And Dr. Cid was absolutely excellent at making me feel comfortable and explaining every procedure in detail. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor and staff to care for me! I am so thankful to have found this office !

I would not recommend the Lake Wales Aspen Dental office. After spending $50 to take an Uber to my appointment and waiting in the office for 1 hour they tell me they can't see me because the doctor was busy. I was prepared to spend $10,000 dollars with them for my treatment. I will take my money elsewhere. They have lost their professionalism. Which is so unfortunate because they used to be great.

My husband made the the appointment due to me being in pain, they were booked out but worked miracles to get me in the next day. Upon arriving they were friendly and courteous, and very kind towards my dilemma. They had to take an x-ray which caused extreme pain and the poor girl was trying her best to make sure she was not adding to my discomfort. Vanessa the young lady that was helping us was calling around to get us into a specialist the next day using her own personal phone to get things done. When it came to the end of the visit she even help my husband and I apply for care credit in order to pay for everything. I was approved for more than the cost of the procedures but she only applied for what was needed. That means a lot. They treated me with respect and dignity and not like a walking money bag. They cared for my health and they cared for my well-being. The staff there is comforting they were all polite and friendly and that is why we will be going to them from now on for all dental care. The office in Lake Wales is almost an hour drive and there is one closer to us, but they will forever be the place we go to.
