Store was cluttered and very small. But they have everything you need to send your packages out in a very timely manner. Only two people working but they were fast and efficient. Will go there for all my delivery needs.

I have used this shipping facility on several occasions, and have had no issues with the delivery of my packages, however, it was not until my most recent visit that I realize just how much I was overpaying for shipping costs 😕 I never feel good about leaving a not so great review, but I do feel an obligation to provide others with the most helpful information I can. On top of the overpricing, I also have to admit that the last few times I have visited this store, I have waited in an extremely overly crowded line, which is not the most comfortable wait when we are still amidst a pandemic and there is no way possible to respect the six foot rule. I waited for half an hour shoulder to shoulder with other customers, and although people were respectful about wearing masks, there were still far too many people crammed into a very small store. Due to the holidays, I would have to personally recommend making the trip to your local post office rather than overpaying and waiting in an extensively crowded, small room. I give much respect to the employees, who are short-staffed, for doing their very best. Although, I’m aware it’s something slightly beyond their control, I would suggest giving USPS home pick-up, or a quick trip to the post office itself a try.

This office is run very efficiently. The employees are always hustling around to serve the customers. I have brought some of the mailing slips home to to have filled out prior to arrival to help speed up the process. Some local crafter's/artist's beautiful work is displayed for sale. I never go to the regular post office any more.

The best place to ship from. They work with all different shipping companies as USPS, UPS, FRDEX. They always try to give you the best price offer. They even adjust the box height with their special tools to make it fit better and cheaper. They have great customer service!! Caryn, the owner, is so nice and professional, I love coming there. Highly recommended!

Depends. They get the work done, at some point. If you walk in carrying a box, they take you right away. I came in with six pages to FAX. I was left standing. I finally sat in one of their chairs, from preCovid. Then, I was asked by someone my purpose. I felt boxes were more important than faxes.

Karen really goes above and beyond to work with other businesses. I made her my primary supplier for packing materials after she showed genuine interest in my product. I now travel 75 miles each way just for that extra bit of customer service!

Karen and the staff here have helped me ship all across the country for the last 8 years! They do a great job and are professional and work as fast as possible to get your package on the way. The location is also great, you can park right by the door if you have a lot of heavy packages. They also do a great job at packing things up in heavy duty boxes for you. Gary
