I just called to ask about getting a breast pump through my insurance. This CVS is listed as a provider of such pump the person in the pharmacy literally hung up on me. She was extremely RUDE. If your not sure how to do something just say that.

In order to write a review, I had to give them a start, which they deserve none. This is the most terrifying pharmacy I ever been. The staff are very rude. Every month I have to pick a treatment which it’s only 7 days prescription window. I had to call them to ask about the prescription. And they promised it would be ready in a few hrs. Then I showed, and told me, oh we need to make an special order come tomorrow, I showed up the next day and they didn’t have it, that they were going to call me to confirm when they receive it and they never did. and so and so. And the insurance was covering just a portion and the rest was out of my pocket, ***when I finally got to pick it up, they sarcastically said it’s expensive will you for***, and besides that the waiting time inside is unbelievable. They are unprofessional and their behavior are so beyond awful.

I DREAD going here monthly to pick up or drop off prescriptions. i don't understand why their process is so horrible for even just simply dropping off a tangible script. every single time i go there, there's always a massive line, no one in line is happy, and there's ALWAYS a problem. I never go to this CVS pharmacy feeling optimistic. There is ONE tech there that is amazing, a female, cannot remember her name, but she's the only one keeping this pharmacy afloat.

Amazing how a pharmacy closes for lunch! Have never experienced this in my 63 years. Will be moving my prescriptions to Walgreens.

I’ve had some bad experiences here before but today was just awful. I waited in the drive thru for about 20 minutes and when I get up there the pharmacy tech told me I needed to come inside. When I asked if he was serious he said yes and hung up the phone. I park my car and go inside, while I am waiting in line I see another car pull up in the drive thru and the same pharmacy tech gave the lady her medication. The tech never asked me my name or what medication I was picking up so I know the reason I had to go inside wasn’t due to issues with my medication. I never write reviews but honestly I couldn’t believe what happened. I’m not sure why the tech wouldn’t give me my medication especially because the people before me and even people after me received there medication. Honestly I’m just disgusted about how I was treated and obviously the tech had an issue with me for some apparent reason? I will never come back here and plan on switching to another pharmacy. I think this tech needs to be retrained or honestly fired because obviously he has some type of bias.

I called earlier in the morning and they didn’t have my medication, they promised the prescription would be filled yesterday (even though it was promised the day before) When I called back later in the day they said they still didn’t have it. I asked them if they had it at another location and they said they would need to find out and call me back. I never got a call back so I decided to have the script transferred to Walgreens. I called Walgreens and they initiated the request as per process. I called a few hours later because they were supposed to fax the script to Walgreens and I was waiting for someone to pick up for more than an hour! At 7:30 pm I finally went to CVS to find out what was going on and why Walgreens still hadn’t received the script since I really needed it. The CVS pharmacist insisted she faxed it over 2 hrs ago. I asked the pharmacist to call Walgreens to confirm they received it. At the same time, Walgreens was calling me to let me know CVS was not answering so I handed the phone over to CVS pharmacist, who proceeded to tell Walgreen’s that they don’t have enough staff to answer the phones…mind you I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE! The worst part was that there were 3 other pharmacists besides her and they were all doing absolutely nothing but standing around. Finally the CVS pharmacist relayed the script to Walgreen’s verbally because Walgreens said they never received it. I then drove to Walgreens and 2 minutes after I got there they filled the script. I do not recommend going to CVS. I was a frequent costumer but now after this, I’m never going back. They are unprofessional, uncaring, and should not be in the costumer service business.

Pharmacist is incredibly rude, walks away while still speaking. Trying to call will take you at least 30 min. Had to call multiple times today to get through, call kept getting hung up. Will use a new pharmacy from here on out.

Pharmacy is awful. Not only is the staff rude they close whenever they feel like it. I went a few weeks ago and my prescription rang up an incorrect price. I asked if the tech could look into why my prescription I have filed many times was triple the price. He told me they were closing soon and it would be too much work for him to do then. Today I went (this is the 2nd time today I attempted to drop of my prescription today) and this is the sign on the window. People use their local pharmacy for life dependent prescriptions and they close early without notice. I'll go elsewhere for now on- not worth your time especially if your life depends on medication.

I do not want to give any star. Very poor pharmacy. very rude. will get a message from them to collect the prescription, when you will go there ask you to wait for 30-45 minutes and then they say no stock. very pathetic!! would recommend avoiding, if possible.
